Used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee for sale near Dobbs Ferry, NY

I would say the best dealership in North Jersey! My son and I where shopping for a vehicle for few weeks now and anywhere we go is a scam. Other dealerships trying to get you with a good price but then they add additional fees from $2,000-3,500 hundred. Its ridicules! Kbb Auto Sales is the best! We purchased our 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland new and after 11 years and almost 150,000 miles it easily the BEST vehicle we have ever owned. It is comfortable, delivers reasonable mileage, is quiet, well built, incredibly durable and looks as good today as the day we took delivery.

Purchased from them this past Friday right before the holiday a Jeep Grand Cherokee. They did take my trade so I am financing a small amount. Overall, I got a good deal from them.

I have that car and I’m happy with it. Yes it have some problems, need some care, you can just go to speedway and fuel up it would be your last fuel up with diesel on speedway. To previous review: I bought the car with 185000 miles. After I fuel up at speedway 😁, I sen car to dealership. They replace entire emission system with brand new. No problems after that. Just fuel up at good stations, I prefer Sheetz or BP or shell. About $300 oil changes: I do my oil changes by my self: 2, 5 quart oil canisters and $25 filter and it’s don for $75. I change oil every 5k miles. About fuel filters: I do it by myself too. So 2 filters on Amazon for $17-25 and you have done it for $35-50. I change them every 20k miles.

I was shopping for a used Jeep. I went to three difference places before I came here. The first three places had all types of hidden fees and some even bumped up the pricing if if we were financing. John assured me over the phone that the prices were real and that they didn't charge any hidden fees, and everything he said was true. Even with my credit not being good he got me approved at a payment I could afford. Make sure you ask for John when you go !!!!!!!!

Their inventory is not updated on cars.com so the Jeep I went there for was not available. I specifically wanted a car with low mileage and at an affordable price, which is what I found on cars.com. I was guaranteed that whatever vehicle I received from them would be in good condition and will last for years to come. Frank showed me a couple of vehicles in my price range. I settled on one and paid cash for it. When I came for the test drive, I noticed something didn’t work and Frank got on it right away. I know Jeeps have a bad rep so I’m a little hesitant but Frank and Don did a lot to reassure me I’ll be good. Given the reassurances I received from what feels like honest dealers, I’m hopeful that I’ll be happy with my purchase. If you’re looking for a Jeep, I highly recommend going to Auto Expo.

This was the "best" experience I ever had buying a car!!! From the start I felt taken care of. Les the manager was very helpful and accommodating. I’m a pain in the SS to deal with and I wrote my own rules to the deal. The excepted the terms no problem. I had to call them on a repair, they didn’t blink and said being it in. I’m on my way and I fully expect them to be as classy about it as they were with the whole process. Everyone there not just my sales rep who was great and very courteous too.
