I recently purchased a car from Florida Fine Cars. My Sales Representative was Keith Miller. I can honestly say it was the smoothest process with him. From the moment he greeted us, he was extremely professional. He explained the no haggle and picked out three cars to choose. We drove the second one and that was it!! I highly recommend using Keith. Professional, honest and very knowledgeable!!
I have purchased 5 vehicle's here over the past 15 years. My first vehicle was a suburban, I took it in for a paint job and 6 weeks later they called me and said was stolen. They had no sympathy for me at all, said was my problem and that I need to call the police and my insurance company. 3 years ago I traded my 2011 Tahoe in for a Silverado before my first oil change I had to add a quart of oil. I complained about the tapping noise and the loss of oil to the service manager and she said according to GM it's normal for a GM vehicle to use a quart of oil every 3 to 5000 miles. I've been touch if your vehicle needs oil it is leaking or burning it. So needless to say I wish I had my old Tahoe back, no problems at all. You think they would try and take care of a long term repetitive customer and give them a deal. Looks like I'll be driving a Ford or Dodge next year.
Found a great deal on an Infiniti G37 but wanted my wife to check it out first. When we went the next day it was gone! While there, however, I learned about their terrific warranty plans so when when we saw the car I really wanted - a Jaguar XK - I didn't hesitate, knowing their warranty would ease any concerns I might have about this expensive-to-repair car. Again, when I went to this same location it had disappeared from their website! A helpful saleswoman told me one of their managers was driving it but it was mine if I wanted it - and I did!
After a serious research and search :) for a Speed Yellow 996 Turbo S I came in contact with Michael Jenkins from www.lifetimewholesale.com in Pompano Beach, Fl. The search was nice but the whole buying process also was! As I am a Dutch citizen, living in the Netherlands it feels always a bit tricky buying a car from so far away.... I started with asking '10.000' questions, realising the dealer would really become crazy from 'that guy from overseas never stopped asking anything'. Mike was always very correct and suprisingly honest about the car and its history and always responded very quick. The buying process took about 6 weeks or so, as I am a starting collector and had more cars in mind (internationally). Mike was alway's patient and kept helping me, sending me copies of documents, pictures etc. and even made a youtube movie on my request.
Also all the documents were correct and he didn't left anything to chance. Finally I asked a friend of mine (and respected Dutch Porsche specialist) to go to Florida to finalise the deal and also that contact happened to be very nice. In the end Mike also arranged the changing of the rims for me (I bought other rims in the US, and to avoid paying extra tax Mike had them changed at a local shop and took good care of it.
I'm very happy with the car and can really recommend LifetimeWholesale to anyone!
My experience was okay but certainly not what I experienced at another dealership recently. The dealership was not flexible and made me jump through hoops to purchase the car.
I also get pressured to buy an extended service contract
After doing my research online I was able to get a good deal on a New Dodge by email with the Internet Sales Representative which she was great! Got to the dealership and they re-assigned me to a different sales person which I thought it was a little uncomfortable having to explain and walk trough the deal again. I knew what I wanted so the sales person didn't even need to sell me the car. All I was looking for was the right numbers to buy the car. They were not able to meet me on the price of the vehicle on the day that I went. I contacted the sales person the fallowing day to see if they were able to work it out which they did. I ended up agreeing on the numbers and buying the car. Finance Manager was cold as one could be not very personal at all. The dealership lacks personal engagement. I did not feel like a value customer, very unpersonal experience. Felt like they are in the business just to sell cars not to gain customer. I bought the car because of the numbers, if it depended on the customer service experience I don't think I would have bought it there.
