Used 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee for sale in Boston Heights, OH

This is the 3rd Jeep product we have owned over the years, first was a Grand Cherokee Laredo, then most recently a 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport. We just purchased the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd in Febrary 2023. This Jeep is the most luxuary we've ever had in a vehicle, it has everything but the cooling seats which would be nice as we live in FL. This will be a dinghy towed vehicle behind our Class A motorhome. We also towed the Liberty Sport.

I will preface this by saying that I hate going to a dealer to buy a car. That being said Aaron at Great Lakes Hyundai may have just changed my mind. The entire process was quick easy and straight forward. They told me that the goal was to go beyond the customer's expectations, which I figured was just a typical sales pitch. However, they proceeded to prove that it wasn't just a pitch. The deal I got was everything I wanted and then some (actually got more for my trade in than I expected). All in all I highly recommend stopping in if you want a good deal.

Love my jeep. They have come a long way baby!! I am now a Jeep girl for life and recommend them highly. No matter the weather my Grand Cherokee gets me there in comfort and safety.

The turning radius is the best for the size of this suv. The brakes are quick to respond. The 4x4 is a must. The only downside is that they aren't all standard with a trailer hitch. Love the sunroof, the all leather interior.

Not pushy. They were firm on their sticker price due to "low margins" and "chip shortage". There was a surprise and discrepancy during the closing, but Don Sitts ate the cost due to the error. It was handled professionally and courteously. I'm happy they recognized the opportunity to earn my business (and hopefully your business) again!

Hands down the best Jeep ever.. would take it over the Santa Fe any day of the week.. there’s no comparison.. performance is excellent.. have 70,000 miles on a 2018 and a 2019.. ac went out on one but warranty covered it🙂🙂

I trust John - he's honest, forthright, and he looks out for his customers. When I found out the first car I purchased from him might be totaled, I called him right away. He calmed me down, helped me understand why my car might be totaled out and let me know he'd help me find another car with just as good a deal as that one. John doesn't have a customer for life now, he has a friend.

I absolutely love my jeep it’s comfortable reliable and completely rugged I never feel like I’m going to get stranded stuck or be taken down by anything you feel completely safe high up and well compact in this vehicle definitely worth the money I will never change my vehicle make!!! Jeep owner for GOOD!!!

Amo was great from the first day I met him to the day I picked up my Ridgeline at Classic Honda. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. For a long time I have been searching the internet for a Saturn Sky with stick shift and dark green in color. We found it at Prestige and we dealt with a very helpful sales person who was very sensitive to our needs. That person is Chad Caseline- thanks Chad.

My husband and I purchased a new truck for him at Haasz Automall of Ravenna. The best place to shop for an automobile. The sales consultant Brennan Scott was wonderful. He didn't try to show us vehicles we had no interest in. Brennan knew we wanted a truck with a crew cab, and my husband was partial to Fords. He went out of his way to get my husband exactly what he wanted. If you go to Haasz be sure you ask for Brennan you wont be sorry you did. And I can't forget Mary Scott a wonderful "Grandma to Be" and all around great person to deal with, in the loan department. She answered all our questions with a smile. The manager was all so a pleasure meeting. All and all they welcomed us with opened arms and treated us like family. The next time we are in the market for another vehicle we are going no where else except Haasz Automall of Ravenna and asking for Brennan.

Went to hopefully retire my lease and get into a new Ram 1500, the guys are Fred Martin were great to work with and got me into the exact truck I was hoping to get. Excellent experience all around, I'll be back for sure.

Had a tire damaged by road hazard. They got the tire, scheduled me right sway, mounted and balanced it and gave me a very fair price. This has been our experience ever since we bought our first Grand Cherokee from them

Was met by sales agent Tracie that had the car ready for us to test drive. Everything was upfront and all questions were answered. We were offered to have the car delivered - we live two hours away - and excepted. I cannot think of anything I would change in this experience. I’d gladly buy another vehicle from them.

My salesperson, Jeremiah Shaheen listened to what I was looking for and provided the perfect option for me The sale process went without a hitch and the finance manager, John(sorry I don't have his last name) presented services I could add on but I appreciated no strong arm tactics. I've had that experience at other dealerships and won't go back to them.
