Our two year lease on the 2015 Ford Explorer had ended. What to do next? I leased my Jeep Grand Cheerokee from McGovern!!! The Jeep is amazing. Plenty of leg room. Great convenience features. Plenty of room for my toys...with the seats down I had- My street hockey gear Inline skates, hockey stick and safety gear. All of my fly fishing gear Rods, tackle boxes, waders And my Specialized road bike There was still plenty of room for more!

From start to finish, this was a good experience. Having suffered many long, painful car purchases in the past, everyone at Route 15 made this an atypical experience. Milton went above and beyond in working with us. From the really long test drive we did, he met us at our mechanics (in Vernon) and waited for Jeff to give his "thumbs up". The price "negotiation" period was quick and the contract signing went smooth. There was NO used-car-salesman pressure, no gimmicks, no "buy now and save" (and no lunch). Also, no "hidden" sales manager behind a wall to give approval and no sneaky tactics. Everything that Milton said, he did. Route 15 is a hidden gem of a dealership. Even though they are connected with the "big boys", you don't get the flash-bang that you see at the other larger car lots. Even if Milton looks like Wil Wheaton (Big Bang and Star Trek), you will be treated fair and with respect. What more can you ask.

Has all the smart features, comfort and safety features I wanted. It has plenty of room too. The interior provides for a quiet environment. The music system is cool and di I mention, it has great pick up. It handles well, holds the road well.

I pick this vehicle up with a 5.7 Hemi overall is a very nice truck but cons: No tow hitch, power steering column & air ride system.. Like in the Trail Hawk for the same price, Love the look with the SRT hood and the fog light in the bumper cover. Reliability don't know yet only got 1k miles on it, I think it should sell for less then what I paid for it...

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I have been in the market for a new used vehicle for a few months and did searches on Cars.com for different makes and models during that time. A little over a week ago my search brought up a 2010 Mercury Marnier that was being offered by Simotes Automobiles out of Minooke, Illinois. I sent an email to the dealership through Cars.com on Sunday evening inquiring about the car and first thing Monday morning Terry Rogers responded informing me that it was still available. I was traveling for work that week and Terry and I corresponded several times. He always responded in a timely manner with answer that made sense. When I returned on Friday I drove 122 miles to the dealership to see and test drive the car. This car was in exceptional condition as were all the cars at Simotes. It met all my needs and wants, so I sat down with Terry and General Manager John Ott and we hammered out a deal that was very fair. John and I went through all the paperwork and in no time at all I was on my way home in my new car; smiling the entire 122 miles. Best Jeep I have owed. We have had four. They are great vehicles. Reliable and great for the road. This one is another Grand Cherokee. We love the ride, the style and the gas mileage.

Great in both snow and mud. Comfortable and roomy with decent gas mileage for a full size 4wd. It is an excellent vehicle for towing.

Purchased a Limited X. Love the look of it. Has the SRT hood and looks. Just not the price! The ride is good for an SUV and enough power. If you need more than a 3.6 go for the hemi 5.7. I couldn’t justify the gas mileage. Interior is very roomy and plush plenty of technology, yet easy to use. I don’t know about reliability.

This car is great and Fits my family needs. It has second row ac and will keep my kids cool in the summer. Also love the techy gadgets this vehicle offers
