The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

This is the 3rd Jeep product we have owned over the years, first was a Grand Cherokee Laredo, then most recently a 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport. We just purchased the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd in Febrary 2023. This Jeep is the most luxuary we've ever had in a vehicle, it has everything but the cooling seats which would be nice as we live in FL. This will be a dinghy towed vehicle behind our Class A motorhome. We also towed the Liberty Sport.

Each and every time I spoke with these young man, there remarks was always something that up lifted my spirit. It has been a challenge moving from up North to the Dallas area. The turning radius is the best for the size of this suv. The brakes are quick to respond. The 4x4 is a must. The only downside is that they aren't all standard with a trailer hitch. Love the sunroof, the all leather interior.

Hands down the best Jeep ever.. would take it over the Santa Fe any day of the week.. there’s no comparison.. performance is excellent.. have 70,000 miles on a 2018 and a 2019.. ac went out on one but warranty covered it🙂🙂

Daniel was very helpful, honest, and open through the process and while there was an error in the price quote for my Volvo XC90, Brandi and Daniel were able to quickly take ownership of the situation and work with me to reach a . Overall, it was a seamless process to purchase a vehicle at Volvo Grubbs and I look forward to bringing my car back for service. Financing was also a quick, but productive and thorough process with Rick (believe that's his name). Just make sure to keep on to the Latte machine in the Infiniti dealership. Huge bonus :)

I had a good experience. Even though something happened on there ended they were quick. To fix the problem after that I had good communication.

The staff gathered to sing and enjoy cupcakes, it was clear this dealership has not just great service, but a truly happy and supportive work culture. That positivity reached every corner of our experience. The receptionist greeted us with genuine warmth the second we walked in, offered us water, and made us feel right at home, something no other dealership had done. Every time we came or went, someone opened the door for us. It may seem like a small gesture, but it spoke volumes. Finally, we met with Alexander in finance, who was incredibly patient and helpful, answering all of our questions thoroughly and taking the time to connect with us. His calm, clear approach made the final step of the process smooth and stress-free. All in all, Iliana Davila was absolutely amazing, professional, personable, and completely customer-focused from beginning to end. The dealership was fantastic overall. I worked with Charles Van Horn. He was great, very accommodating and laid back. Lane in finance was very difficult to work with, however. A simple task ended up taking several weeks, his communication and service was extremely poor. That is the only reason the review isn't 5 stars. I will probably go back for my next vehicle because of how great everything else was though.

I drove over two hours to look at a new truck that was on a really impressive discount. After I arrived I was informed that all of the trucks with that discount had sold several days prior after I was told by multiple people that truck was there. I was then informed by the manager that it was a mess up on their end. At most dealerships that wouldve led me to leave however their salesman and the manager not only honored the discount on a different truck but put me in a newer, less miles, and better equipped model for a difference of maybe $800. While the mix up of what had sold versus what was available was frustrating. The fact that the salesman and manager worked with me to get me an even better deal speaks volumes. Also, no hidden add ons or xx was a huge plus!
