Springfield Buick GMC Cadillac helped me by locating the exact GMC Terrain model (SLE-2 Night Fall) I was seeking in the only color I was wanting to purchase (Crimson Red). Not only did they locate this very limited edition model they found 3 of them and offered me complete fully detailed comparisons for the vehicles they located. From my initial approach by sales representative Dennis Wamsley through the completion of the financial paperwork the positive experience with this dealership was far beyond my expectations. Each individual I dealt with was professional, personable and highly knowledgable concerning the vehicle and the complete purchasing process. I have purchased more than 20 new cars in the past 40+ years and I honestly, without hyperbole or exaggeration, believe this to be my best overall purchase of a new car. Dennis Wamsley was my primary introduction to Springfield GM and, had his initial approach not been as low key (no pressure), positive and friendly as it was I would have most likely continued my vehicle search with other GMC dealers since the exact car I was seeking was not currently on the lot at Springfield GMC. The follow through by dealership manager Zack Funkhouser further convinced me that I was not only receiving the exact vehicle I was seeking but that I was offered a fair and reasonable purchasing deal. Overall I feel my decision to visit Springfield Buick GMC Cadillac was probably the best car buying decision I've ever made.
