Used 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee for sale near Abilene, TX

I bought a 2021 Toyota Rav4 in December 2021. I found the vehicle I wanted online and spoke with Anna C from Nucar Tarbox to see if they had the vehicle. Anna told me when the vehicle would be on site and took my deposit. This was a very smooth transaction. Once the vehicle arrived at Nucar Tarbox I met with Melvin G who showed me the vehicle, pointed out the safety features and other features of the vehicle, then let me take it for a test drive. Melvin was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

The Best and Easiest car buying experience. Darien Ivery was our salesman. Very Friendly and so helpful from first contact to last. Jim Casey the business manager was also very friendly and helpful. NO GAMES!!! Both men were honest and upfront about everything. That is an extraordinary thing to find when buying a car!

I HATE is the warning 'Place Two Hands On Wheel' as it goes off even when I have both hands on the wheel - No matter where I place my hands on the wheel it goes off. Since it is connected to the Lane Departure feature in order to not have to hear a constant warning alarm for Two Hands on Wheel I have to turn off the Lane Departure feature (which I love).

I really liked everyone there that we met. When I drove the Jeep home Steve even was talking about maybe trading the truck in later. Mike was really a great salesman, I would give him 6 stars.

Bought my first Jeep Grand Cherokee in January of 2022. I was in a wreck where another vehicle hit me and threw me off the road into a ditch. I went airborne and came down hard. It was a miracle I did not flip. All of my driver-side airbags deployed (front and back) and I walked away with minor injuries. This vehicle kept me safe and I will have another one to replace the totaled Jeep from my wreck.

Easy process. Dmytro was very helpful and accommodating. Follow up was timely. Found the car I wanted online, submitted a request for information, received a call back immediately.

This car has everything we need and more. 4x4, looks, performance, can be towed behind an RV. Includes sun roof, rear camera, safety braking, more. Rides great.

This dealer provided a purchase alternative to buying my vehicle at end of least that was very beneficial to us . New vehicle at close to The same monthly cost of financing the purchase of my vehicle with 51k miles on it.

I’ve owned many Jeeps over the years and this year and model has by far been the best in quality and performance The vehicles interior is exceptional in comfort and wear.

I arrived knowing the used car I wanted to buy. I had been following the posted ads for this car and was concerned about the pricing changes, first down and then up for a couple of times. I had made the mistake of scheduling a service appointment at the Salisbury dealership but my appointment was at the Lexington dealership what a blessing it was they waited on me which they didn’t have to so glad they did they saw something the needed attention and took care of it I could go on and on but I want just saying they treated me better than I expected I will drive further to go there even if the other ones are closer

Overall customer relationship skills were excellent. I Bought a used car that was not ready to go when I flew in to pick it up because of a poor inspection. They worked hard get it right. But, it took awhile.
