Bought both of my vehicles from Chris Opperman and the group at Schaefer & Bierlein. Both the dealership and service department have great customer service, maintain a friendly atmosphere and are 100% honest. I'll always go back!
Dawn in repair is fantastic. I dropped my truck off and they gave me a timely quote. Also the repairs were done right and what the quote was. Will take all my vehicles there
If you have been searching the market for a used diesel, give them a call. I have purchased 4 diesel's from them. My father also purchased a 2012 Dodge Cummins about 2 year's ago! I had an '07 cummins and was looking to upgrade to a 6 speed manual. So we gave them a call. BAMM!!! It was a deal.

Eventually I didn't buy the car, but all things considered I received a great service and Joe (Kirsten) was very helpful, polite and made a great offer. Due to other circumstances I could not buy the car, but I would surely recommend this dealer.

I went to Buhler to lease my 2018 Compass because It is close to my home and I had been to the service dept on several occasions and felt I was treated well. I First met Charles Vitale who put me in the hands of Bob Perlin..Bob is a 12 on a scale of 1 to 10-I felt very comfortable with him and felt he had my best interest in mind - I dealt with Charles when it came time to filling out the paper work and he was very patient answering all my questions so that I understood the entire lease process- something I did not get from the dealership I had my first lease with - I highly recommend Buhler & Bitter and these two Gentleman. My husband and I are no strangers to car buying. Due to lifestyle changes and a love of new cars, we've shared 7 different car buying experiences in our 13 years together. Gengras Volvo has definitely topped the charts of all of our experiences. We were drawn to Volvo after a friend raved about the safety features and reliability she had experienced with her Volvo SUV. We chose Gengras mainly due to the convenience of the location and we certainly made the right choice. The no pressure, relaxing and sophisticated environment of the showroom was immediately comforting. Vecdet was our salesman and Allen was instrumental in the transaction as well. I cannot say enough about the professional and kind approach displayed by everyone that we encountered. On the day I picked up my new car, it was covered inside the showroom. Vecdet and another associate unveiled it for me, I felt like a celebrity. Vecdet went on to spend a generous amount of time walking me through all of the features of my vehicle as well as guiding me on canceling the registration on my former vehicle. He had all of the answers to my questions- before I could even ask them. I've owned the car for 3 days and have been contacted by phone and email- simply to say thank you and see if I am happy with my purchase. Vecdet has also encouraged me to stop down if I have any questions about my new vehicle. Up until walking into Gengras, I had always felt like a walking dollar sign whenever I entered a car dealership. This couldn't be further from what we experienced during this transaction. I highly recommend this dealership, and while I'm at it- Vecdet. He was beyond wonderful to deal with.

Our plan was to spend only one night in West Memphis with our fifth wheel, which we were towing with our new Ram 3500. About halfway between our Texas home and Memphis, our new truck began giving indications to service the 4WD. We called our home dealer in Texas and asked them if there was any danger in continuing our journey in 2WD only, to which they said there should be no problem as long as we don't engage 4WD. Unfortunately, upon pulling out of the West Memphis campground the following day we heard a grinding noise coming from the truck. We arranged to repark the RV and began to make phone calls. It was the Tuesday after Memorial weekend, so the response to both nearby dealers was "we're slammed". Having little choice, I took the truck to Gossett where I was met by Bob Flowers. Bob was sympathetic to our need to get back on the road, and he arranged a loaner vehicle, but without making any promise to get to our truck right away. Much to our delight, we got a call first thing Thursday morning that the truck was ready. They had found a bad actuator, ordered and obtained a new one via overnight delivery, replaced it and had driven it more than ten miles to ensure the problem was fixed. We have now been another five hundred miles down the road towing our fifth wheel without further problem. We are deeply grateful for the efforts of Bob and all the service technicians who helped us get back on the road in short order. Five stars to Gossett Dodge/Ram service!

Ken was incredible throughout the whole car buying process. We kept saying that the whole process was almost too easy. Ken was respectful, and as a woman, the car buying experience can be daunting and scary. Ken made it easy and enjoyable. Something I never thought I???d say! Ken got us an amazing deal on a brand new vehicle. We didn???t think it was possible, and Ken made it happen. We will be a loyal customer to Ken as long as he sells cars!

I brought my truck in for the 60/70 thousand mile service and for them to diagnose a ticking noise coming from the passenger side of the engine compartment when the vehicle is started. Had to leave the vehicle overnight, a rental was provided. The diagnosis was communicated to me as being broken bolts on the exhaust manifold and the repair was completed and covered under the power train warranty, the other services were also completed including a recall for the restraint system. The vehicle was ready on time as promised the next day. I am very pleased 😀 with the service.
So my husband and I started the whole car buying experience the last week of October. We started at Classic Dodge of Denton. While there we were treated horribly by the sales manager Keith. It was just one thing after another and he lied about us and our approval. We than went the following weekend (first Saturday in November) to The Jeep Dealership in Rowlett Texas where we met with Chris and his Mother. By the end of the 12 hours of being there we were told we were approved for a 2014 Jeep Latitude. Perfect wasn???t what we wanted but that was okay it was new to us. And that???s were the worse two weeks of our car buying experience dragged on. We found out when we got the car home that Sunday that our temp tags were not legit for 45 days but rather 3 days. Than that Tuesday we found out that the paperwork we signed wasn???t approved and legit. It was a nightmare. It wasn???t until the following Saturday (Nov 11) when my husband and I called Huffines Jeep in Plano, Tx at 8:30pm. We were connected to Adam. He listened and was very understanding. He asked how fast could we drive to them they would be there and open no matter how long it took. At 9:03pm my husband and I walked in. Adam, The Sales Director and a Finance Gentleman were waiting for us. Within in 30 minutes we had renewed hope. Saw the car we would end up buying. That Monday Adam called said that by weeks end he was going to make us extremely happy. And honestly he kept his word. We literally by Thursday at 9am walked in got our new car which was washed, full of gas, and inspected. The Huffines Team lead by Adam is extraordinarily amazing and we are so thankful for them. The week before last Adam (Wednesday before Thanksgiving) called to make sure the car was still fitting our needs. On Monday (Dec 9th) we received a phone call letting us know our plates were in and we could pick them up. I pulled in today (Dec 12), sent a Text to Adam letting him know I was there and he responded quickly and seemed genuinely excited to hear from me. We are going to be buying a second car in the next few months and we are already planning to be working with Adam. Again, like the title said it Started out as the worse Car buying Experience and ended up the best! Great Job Huffines and Thank you for dealing with a high maintence very demanding customer like myself!
I arrived at Huffines at 9:20 am, and had returned to my home (20 minutes away) at 11:30 am. Less than 2 hours to acquire a new truck. Adam Ortiz handled the front end sales in a very professional manner. Mikael Hays handled the back end paperwork (thumb-drive paperwork at that) as expeditiously as could be imagined. Instead of just Quick, I should also stress that this was Easy. This was my first visit to the Huffines CJDR dealership. I didn't call in advance or know anyone there. I will return.
Euro vans are hard to work on and have difficult electronics. Two other VW repair shops were unable to fix the steering angle sensor re-program glitch. Auto Nation stayed overtime and worked until the problem was solved. They certainly went the extra mile.
