Last week I called and talk to a girl named Bianca she was so nice, and friendly to me I wanted to bring my car in for a oil change that day at 3:30 after i got out of work well everything was booked for that day so Bianca told me if I could be there for 3:30 then she would squeeze me in for that day. she was so helpful, and accommodating that this made my night even better. thank you Bianca for helping me .

The ever popular check engine light struck me. I called and the got me in the next day. They priced match my tires that needed to be replaced and even submitted the rebate for me. Ready on time as promised. A happy customer. I’m heading there for my next car in a few years time too!

Was having trouble with my Jeep Wrangler that required extensive trips to the service dept. I can honestly say that Kayla Brazil made what could have been a "nightmare" into a pleasant experience! She single handedly restored my faith in customer service @ an automotive dealership!!! I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Carlos Campos and Gio. After I bombarded him with text messages one afternoon, and again the next day on his day off, ( and getting answered) I took the trip in. The experience was like none other. Carlos was completely transparent, down to earth and honest! This man is one of us, an every day person. I talked with him for about an hour just about life and not once did he make me feel rushed or like I was wasting his time. I ended up walking out with a car not only because it was a great and fair deal, but because Carlos gave me faith and the reassurance I needed. After getting Buisness done with Carlos, I went to see Gio, the finance guy. This man was more transparent and honest than I think he’s allowed to be! He tailored everything to my specific needs and gave me 2 recommendations. 1. what he thinks would be the best option for my plans for the vehicle and then 2 what he thinks would work best with my budget. I really can’t say enough good things about the service. I will be back and will bring my family and friends.
