A recall appointment, that started out bad, but end up good!

I showed up for my recall appointment with my daughter's Jeep. I setup the appointment for two weeks out. I followed up with a call the day before to confirm my appointment. I showed up and guess what - no part. Not only that, the part wouldn't be available for another 3-5 weeks. I was upset and fit to be tied. It was a part that could cause a crash without any warning. I did my part by calling to confirm the appointment and that the part was in. Yet, there we were. The Good News: The service manager took charge of the situation, got me a loaner car, found the hard to find part and had everything done within 48 hours. I was impressed with the professionalism, the no-nonsense attitude, the response to my situation and the speed to which everything was taken care of. I would definitely recommend these guys and especially Darrell.
