I was there Friday for a "Free" inspection on my Jeep and as usual I was greeted with a smile by the attendant who was kind, caring & professional. One of the clerks was so kind to these 2 cousins who were with their Grandmother. She gave them papers to color on and her high lighters. That set the tone for all of us in the waiting room. We all talked with one another instead of being glued to our cell phones! The people I met that day, employees and the customers were "Top Notch"! I highly recommend Smith Haven Jeep Ram! I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

Bought myself the Wrangler Unlimitied with one touch sky top. Managed to purchase at exactly the right time when a one day only pricing of $55,000 (Fully loaded) became available right before buying cars became so prohibitive. Held on to my Pontiac Vibe for routine errands and that allows me to keep my Jeep in pristine condition for years to come. Love the 23.9 avg mpg. Much higher than I expected.

this was the second time that I was in for what I consider major repairs. Initially, the service tech and I didn't hit it off very well. Then Tim the service manager stepped in and was great to deal with. The repairs were completed in good time and they did a fantastic job. I'm happy I chose this dealership.

They sold me a 2024 Honda Accord. Window sticker brand new was $36,000. After their fees (Which they did have guys) taxes, dmv and state fees.. we ended up paying $33,000. $3K more than originally listed price. This is still a fair deal. The vehicle had 1.5K miles only on it. Therefore, i am ok with saving $3K-$5K all day. Because new car would have been window sticker plus tax etc. also they are very friendly. The guy in the front knows how to work magic

I was shopping around for a car for my wife and the 2 experiences with other city dealers beforehand really turned me off from the whole car buying thing. I was about to give up but saw a 2014 black on black durango R/T from Croton auto. Called on a whim, didn't think I would really purchase but with the staff going beyond how could I say no. Good deal good car and Great experience from financing to test drive. Gave me a couple hundred off the price before I could ask for it, then gave couple more off again when they couldn't find the second key. I was in and out in about 3 hours and that was because of an issue with my insurance company. I didnt mind driving all the way up from long Island because they really showed me they wanted to earn my business. I don't write too many reviews but I had to give xxxxxxto Croton. Thanks guys.
