We LOVE having our oil changes and service at Lithia Toyota in Springfield! Alice just has a way of treating every customer with courtesy and caring. And Matt keeps that same top service going when we get Saturday service. Some places might hit this high level occasionally, but this place gets it right every time!

It’s so fun and practical. It’s a rough ride, but that’s to be expected. I traded in a Tesla together another Wrangler, I liked it so much.
I went to the dealer with my dad to purchase my first car. Tim Coultrup helped my dad and I find a reliable used car within our budget. He was friendly, understandable & made the car buying experience very fun. I would highly recommend Toyota Lithia of Springfield to anyone & if you could ask for Tim I would :)

I am from Florida and I appreciate that Matt Metzler was able to work me in to take care of a inop Headlight and turn signal. This was Monday, Aug 13. After what I assume was trouble shooting by the tech, Matt told me I needed a new Headlight assembly...for $700+ and they did not have it in stock. So I authorized the order. Wednesday, I returned and Tim worked me in to get the replacement assembly installed. After several hours, Matt told me the new part was installed but they had the same issue. I asked to replace the new part with the old part and I'd take care of it some other time. I had need for the car to run to Portland in the morning. Matt asked to give them another few minutes while they researched the issue. A short time later, he brought the car up with the headlights/turnsignals working. He stated they gave it over to a "Master Tech" who found a busted wire near the headlight. Matt reduced the estimate to $544. Being on a time issue, I asked for the old part. and Paid the $544. On Friday, with the help of a retired tech, we were able to reconnect the original part and it worked fine! I feel I paid for a part that wasn't needed. It was only a busted wire. Good News! After Jeep/Chrysler review, Lithia has agreed to refund ALL CHARGES. I couldn???t ask for anything more. Thank you, Tim

This car meets all needs to out the road mountain. Rivers rock trial but one full load is a lots of troubles with the electric components so is better to stay with the cheaper version or line
Always have a good experience at this dealership. Bought a truck with oil change package and now bring all my vehicles here for service. Great crew, love the popcorn.

I bought the Jeep because I like them and have owned a few. I always sell them because I got sick of the ride and lack of interior room. The 4 door jk is very nice and a lot smoother ride than the 2 door models. I have 2 small children in car seats and they fit fine in the back seat
They got my part very quickly and at a much lower cost that I had originally been quoted. Thanks to the great guys in service/repairs.

Stopped in without an appt to look at a new 2500 diesel mega cab truck that I was interested in buying. The online "Promo Price" was what initially caught my attention, as I could see that it was a great price that I wouldn't have to haggle for. When I walked in, I was greeted right away, welcomed to sit inside (with my dogs) while the salesman brought the truck around, then the salesman showed me the truck and we took it out for a test drive. I was considering 2 trucks, both at Lithia dealerships but with different cab configurations (mega vs crew), so the salesman went and got a truck with the crew cab so I could compare them side to side. After maybe 15 minutes of looking them over, I decided to go with the mega. I should say that at this point I'd been truck shopping for almost a year, so I hadn't been in a hurry, this wasn't a spur of the moment decision and I pretty much knew what I wanted. I can't speak to whether or not they would have tried to pressure me more since I was ready to buy anyways, but I can say that the salesman was friendly and I didn't feel at all pressured as I stood there trying to decide. Once I said yes, we took the dogs for a little walk while they got the paperwork started. When we came back, we were handed off to another salesman as our first salesman had an appointment come in. We didn't mind, both salesman were super nice and friendly, and the paperwork went smoothly. I had my own financing pre-approved and they didn't give me any grief about it or try to get me to finance through them. The "Promo Price" was the actual sales price. I can't tell you what a huge relief that was! The only other fees were the standard taxes, doc fee and registration, and they showed me all the numbers, explained everything, let me calculate them myself to make sure, and all this was done with a helpful and laid back attitude. When I got to the finance guy, he did try to sell me 1) extended warranty, 2) protection package, and 3) lifetime service. I wasn't interested in any of them and it was easy to say no, there were no hard sells or bullying or anything else negative. I ended up signing everything that day and picked up the truck the next, and again they worked with me to make that happen and everything start to finish was a positive experience.

I have been a luxury car driver for more than 2 decades, and finally decided to get something FUN. Purchased 2019 JLUR. This is a beast!. Will climb over darn near anything right off the dealers lot w/out having to do lift kits and all of the extras that people spend money on. The freedom panels come off and store in the back easily and can be done by 1 person. This gives you the feel of the classic 80's Targa top, or a convertible. Going to enjoy this vehicle for YEARS to come!

We got a jeep rubicon just for "fun." I debated to trade in or keep my Acadia. I kept it & glad I did. Although I think we will have a lot of fun in the Jeep driving here/there/everywhere... Its not the same as a "normal" vehicle on the highway/interstate.
Excellent work on the repairs, accomplished in a short time frame and I was always kept informed as the repairs progressed

Wrangler drives extremely well. Will buy another in the future. Only complaint is hopefully for future Unlimited Wrangler models, the steps come stock and will not need to be purchased as an accessory.
I ended up driving from Ashland to Springfield (175 miles) to buy my first ever brand new car from this dealer. I bought my last used vehicle from an awesome salesmen at Wheeler Toyota in Grants Pass as the ones at the Medford Lithia Toyota were more aggressive and annoying than mosquitoes. Unfortunately, at the time I needed to buy this vehicle Wheeler didn't have the selection nor the prices of Springfield. As a female, shopping for cars where you don't already have a relationship estblished can be a difficult and frustrating experience. Combined with the fact that my local Lithia dealer still had the same pushy and machismo attitudes, I was very hesitant to travel so far for possibly a similar experience. But Keith Moreck made the whole process virtually painless. Instead of trying to sell me the most expensive one or something they just wanted to move off their lot, he took the time to figure out my preferences. He even went a step further and combined the ideas of what I liked with my current and future needs for a vehicle. He also recognized that I was coming from such a long distance and had to return home as soon as possible to care for animals. So when I arrived, he had all available cars in the model and trim I was interested in pulled up to the front. He discussed the comparative pros and cons for each one and encouraged me to try them all out to help me narrow down my choice. He was very prompt and detailed in all our communications via email, phone, and text and never left me with the feeling of being pestered nor forgotten. In person, his straightforward and realistic approach to selling cars was refreshing. I would recommend this dealership, and more specifically Keith Moreck, to anyone interested in a hassle-free and enjoyable experience.

Not what I expected, but I'm not a "Wrangler Guy"
by PhantomRoo from Somerset, NJ

I rented one for a week.
The Bad:
The steering is vague at best. The vehicle wanders on the highway and you are constantly correcting with the so-so steering.
The ride is stiff/jarring on the road as well (no off-road experience, but it's probably good).
God forbid there is anything over a 5 mph wind on the highway. It's a square box and square boxes get blown around the road.
The interior controls are oddly placed (feel like after-thoughts), but you can get used to that with time.
The side mirrors are oddly shaped and I am still not used to them.
Expensive for the level of refinement you get.
The Good:
I think it looks great, exactly like it's supposed to.
I also like the drivers view/vehicle height.
The acceleration is pretty good if you wind it up, but it's stumbled a few times on me.
It handles high-speed turns better than I expected (maybe a trade-off for the stiff/jarring suspension) but it sticks in the turns.
Conclusion:
I'm sure Wrangler people love it. It's probably the best Wrangler ever. But if you are not a Wrangler guy, I don't think this vehicle will make you one. I prefer the Cherokees to the Wranglers, but I can see how this vehicle could be fun, for a limited time. For everyday driving...it's not my cup of tea. To be fair, I didn't have it more than a week.
