I own a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. They are both good quality vehicles, however, what actually makes them that way is the support and impeccable service they get from the service dept.
Starting with service advisor Julie Ashe. Dealing with Julie is like interfacing with a family member. I'm always greeted with a smile, but more importantly, it's the can do attitude shared by everyone in that dept. (Chad, Ray. etc.).
A vehicle will only be as good as the maintenance it gets, and this is the reason why I buy and have the cars exclusively serviced at Jacky Jones.
