This was an enjoyable experience. Jeff Schaap the salesman was outstanding by helping my wife and I find the truck we needed and wanted at the price we could afford. The truck we wanted was in the service department. The service people let us take it out for a test ride while it was being serviced and checked out. Everyone we worked with was that day were fantastic. I have high regards for Elhart Nissan and for Jeff Schaap !!!!

The Dream Jeep

This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.
Jason and the whole team here are rock solid, and stand up men of the auto world. I have sold them two vehicles, and purchased one, on top of recommending several people to them. Which I will continue to do! Don’t go anywhere else, these guys are the highest standard in west Michigan! 10/10

Steering arm severed above the Pittman arm around 24000 miles after some "vigorous" use. Riding on 32-34 inch tires on 16 inch rims at the time. Fiat Chrysler refused to pay for it. The mechanic said it seemed to have been split for a while as the break point was rusty and pitted. Seemed odd to him as the point at which it broke is contained within a sleeve. Unfortunately a DUI came with the break, so they used the police report as an excuse along with the telemetry, but no reason it should have broke on the street instead of on the trail. The break caused the passenger tire to fly backwards and destroy the quarterpanel. $9000 of damage. Bluetooth quit due to leaky spot in upper driver side door from softtop. Replaced under warranty along with passenger sunvisor which decided to hang loosely. Engine seems to lose radiator fluid, although nothing showing under the oil cap as burnt fluid. Uncomfortable seats for 6 foot me. Vibrating on the interstate around 70 with sametires. Probably the tires fault. I still love it. A few problems but overall, the model we bought is bare bones. Upgrades can be done in the driveway with minimal tools. It's a lifestyle as they say.
This year Jeep seemed to be very reliable, 2016. Ran perfect the whole time and so fun! Top off all summer, and can drive in the snow in the winter. Everyone should own a jeep at least once in their life.
We waited for our kids to get their driving chops so we can purchase the car we've wanted for a few years. Extremely happy with it. Car had all the upgrades we were planning on doing ourselves and is a joy to get in (feel like a kid with a new license).
It’s a Jeep! I can take off the top when I want...it’s on a track that slides super easy. It fits my two grown kids and my two big dogs...there are so many after market accessories to make it mine and there’s multiple clubs that invite me to hang and encourage my growing obsession of my vehicle. Did I mention all my friends are jealous?!
Beautiful exterior and interior plenty of space, powers outlets, love the sound system, also unparalleled iff road capabilities in the Rubicon edition. Only have just under 30,000miles, but it has been reliable and fun to drive, especially with the top off. Also put a rooftop tent on for an even better experience.
I went to buy a GMC Acadia with Errol and he did an amazing job getting me in and out with a new set of keys. He kept trying to get me the best price which I really appreciate. I even told him I didn’t want to buy the vehicle with the control panel on the driver side door not working properly and he told me they would fix it at no cost. I will definitely go there again.

This car is what I was looking for. It meets my needs. I could use an extra step, to help me up into it sometime, but it’s just what I wanted.
Chris Schutz did an excellent job of explaining things thoroughly and made my first experience at Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep a great one. Highly recommend you guys to reach out to him to be your sales guy.

This Jeep was meant for me. The Jeep that I had been riding around with is a 2008, so any Jeep would have been an upgrade:) However, the design, the interior, and of course the after market lift, and tires, make me feel proud of what I drive. I was even able to create a personalized plate through them. I welcome "Blad Betty" into the family with open arms.
This was my first visit to Courtesy to purchase a new vehicle. I found a 2021 Jeep Cherokee online the night before great incentives were set to end. I also inquired on the trade value of my 10 year old vehicle with over 200,000 miles. Danielle responded to my trade inquiry quickly (Sunday night) and arranged a sales person for me to meet with Monday evening. When I arrived at the dealership Chris was expecting me and asked some questions to better understand exactly what I was looking for. Soon after I was off on a test drive and then back to the dealership to work on a deal. The team worked with me to get to a price and financing package that I was happy with. I finished the paperwork that night and returned the next day to take delivery of my new vehicle. No hassles, no pressure - just helpful people! Thanks Courtesy!

Larry was really great I went to chose a car and from there everything was handled very professionally. I recommend Select Auto Group to buy your next car from. They are awesome!

Mechanics Told Me it Never Comes in the Shop

I heard 2011 was a great mechanical year for the Jeep Wrangler. Thus far, it's lived up to its reputation. A few problems here and there, but that's to be expected during the natural life of a car. My problem is finding someone who is a good diagnostician and/or who is honest and willing to fix my car in lieu of trying to sell me a new one.
Apaya was a great representative of Fox Mazda. He was very friendly, helpful, and not pushy whatsoever. Every associate that helped answer questions was genuine and happy to help out. It was not a regular dealership experience! (Which is a good thing) We felt that we could really trust in everything we were told and weren’t rushed into anything. The manager was very supportive of all of his staff and made us feel like they were a family. Nico was extremely personable and knowledgeable when completing our purchase. By the time we left we felt like we had gained trusting friendships with all of the employees. Apaya has been attentive after our purchase as well! Answering the phone every time I call with questions and making sure we are happy with our purchase. I would recommend anyone buying a new car to go to this dealer.
