Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

Jus a good friendly place to go for any kind of service from just getting your car inspected to make sure everything is working properly to oil and rotates to major service work. What every you need they will do. I???m always pleased with them

Good atmosphere and helpful employees. Jace Weiss was our salesman and did a thorough job explaining the features of the Ram during and after the test drive. I feel he did his best to get me the best deal. He wasn???t pushy like most salesmen. Would do business with him and Landers McLarty again.
The folks at Landers Mclarty CDJR provided a perfect buying experience. Sales staff were courteous and attentive to our needs. The staff provided us a no-pressure environment from our salesperson up through the financing manager. When we had questions about the options on our used 2016 Ram2500 we were escorted to the service department where they answered all our questions. Erik Brown was very knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. He showed us what we first asked about but he listened to our comments / wants and showed us a vehicle that fit us and we ultimately purchased. He showed us the different features of the vehicle and assisted us in setting up items we weren't familiar with. Gary(used car sales) and Dan (financing) were also extremely helpful & friendly. Gary worked with us to come to terms we were satisfied with and Dan provided options (one that I chose) to provide better future service. The only reason I didn't rate the Buying Process as excellent was because your computer system was up & down and it took 2.5 hours to get the paperwork completed.
Came from Knoxville TN to purchase truck I saw on cars.com my salesman was Sam Hughes and he was very helpful in getting everything set up so when we came to pick the truck up everything was ready and he even took care of getting the windows tinted for me. Would definitely purchase from them again.
Bubba Stockton was courteous, friendly and very helpful in getting me acquainted with this vehicle. I had met him in the past, but had never gotten acquainted with him. His knowledge and helpfulness were evident, as well as his concern for customer satisfaction.
My husband and I drove the 70 miles from our home to Jerry Damson of Arab to look at a used car. Both of us called prior to going to verify the car was still available and that we could see it. I guess we should have asked if we could drive it because, when we arrived, the seats were out for cleaning and the car would not be ready to drive until the middle of the following week. Bummer. We probably would have paid cash that day for the car if we could have driven it. Please let people know that they cannot test drive a car if they call about it. Some people drive a good distance just to be turned away.
