I purchased a 2017 Nissan Maxima SR MidNight Edition last week and I am in love with my car. The customer service here is great and there was little to no sales pressure from my salesman. I highly recommend Cars Plus Lenoir to anyone that is looking for a used car at a GREAT price. I found a used 2016 Maxima at Modern Nissan of Hickory with roughly 30,000 miles for nearly the same selling price that I bought my SR Midnight edition for at CPL. And my only had 1,000 miles on it! It took a while to find a loaner but the interest rate was well below of what I expected. So I'm a happy man! If anyone is interested, the salesman who helped me was Eric Holder.

Took my car in for an inspection. Got a free alignment check. Was in and out quickly. My service rep Tommy was great. Kept me informed. Even the service manager Mr. Jenkins met me before I left to ask about my visit. Great Experience

We had spent the last three days searching and trying to buy this exact truck and do so under budget. We had traveled 5-6 hours a day, to three states and at least eight dealerships. Each of these dealerships had the truck we wanted in stock. Each was given an offer by us for said truck and subsequent negotiations ensued. Some negotiations were short and some were marathons that lasted hours in the store and went on for days.
We walked into your showroom tired, beaten and discouraged. I told your salesman, Dave we were going to have to “speed date” a truck buy. He laughed and said he’d make the process as easy as possible.
To say he and you did would be an understatement. In less than an hour we completed the process. We bought the truck we wanted and stayed under budget. You made many concessions to close the deal,
Not the least of which was making us the strongest offer of any dealership for our trade. A full 10% higher than the next highest. There was very little back and forth. You made us an offer through Dave and we countered. Instead of sitting behind your desk or the one way mirror like other dealerships you came out and greeted us. We had a chat like we’d known each other for years as we whittled down the difference. You gave a little and we gave a little. We’d have liked to buy the truck for a little less and I’m sure you’d like to sell it for a little more. At the end of the day, I’m confident I got the very best deal anywhere this side of the Mississippi.
All I can say is wow. The irony of the whole situation is your dealership is one of the closest to us yet was the last one, obviously, we visited. We were down to one more if we were unsuccessful at your place and we would have to widen our search.

Seth met me in the parking lot. I had hit a deer and totaled my car, so I was in a "situation". I explained my financing, credit, and payment options. We looked at a used car, and I even test drove it. When I returned to the dealership, I was told I couldn't get approved for a used car, but could get approved for a 2018. I was shocked! Needless to say, I came out with a better deal than I had planned. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, and not pushy at all. Overall a very pleasant car buying experience!
This is a friendly, no frills, no high pressure sales tactics place to by a used car at across the board great prices. Ask for Tim he will work to get your deal done and get you financed even with bad credit. They won't leave you high and dry if there are any issues. I've been treated with care and respect after having an issue with my vehicle right after my purchase. They gave me a loaner and fixed everything free of charge.

We had a great experience at "HUCS" from the time we walked in until we drove out. Gary McGill was hilarious and very helpful. He pounded the pavement to get us into the car we wanted and did so professionally...with a comedic flair you don't see very much. For once we had fun while searching for our next vehicle purchase. We actually got our vehicle for less than KBB valued it at and it has an aftermarket Roush supercharger that cost around 7 grand from Roush....and that's minus the installation. To say Gary got us one heck of a deal is being modest, he did amazing. I would recommend him to my grandma so to say I recommend him to you is apparent. Anyone who couldn't get along with Gary probably has a stick somewhere South and to the rear that is quite uncomfortable, seriously. I found the whole staff to be welcoming, friendly, and ready to serve. Ramiro Garcia was amazing at closing the paperwork out and getting us on the road. He was friendly and very open to conversation. He wasn't the usual tight lipped manager we have met along the way. Great guys to have met. Great day folks, great place.
I would like to think Clay Morris for the exceptional service he delivered when I was shopping for a Dodge four-wheel-drive 3500. After telling him what I was looking for he had a vehicle lined up for me to test drive, then ran the numbers the next day, and also made the purchasing of this vehicle pleasurable. He even emailed me the credit app so it would help expedite the process. Today he had the paperwork ready for me to sign because I personally fill my time is valuable. One top of all that my other Dodge ram I purchased from Steve White years ago had a recall on the air bags, he lined that up to be fixed the same time I was purchasing my new truck so I did not have to make another trip. Once again I can not stress how easy this experience was thank You again Clay Morris for the service you delivered!
I had a great experience shopping and buying a car from this dealership. Joseph helped me with any questions or concerns. He was never pushy. He went above and beyond. I went to the lot looking for a car they had posted on their website but when I got there, I wasn't impressed with it. I ended up driving several of their other cars and decided on something completely different. The buying process took less than 30 mins. Everyone was super helpful and efficient. I would definitely recommend this business and these employees to anyone looking to buy a car.
I pulled into to trading places and drove around to check out what they had. I was interested in a Nissan Sentra and maxima but had questions about them which Nathan answered. I decided against them but Nathan didn’t stop there. He walked around the parking lot which me showing similar cars on the lot as well as a handful that hadn’t been listed yet including an infinit g25. Test drove it loved it and decided to buy it. The process was pretty quick and everyone was friendly and helpful.
Friendly sales personnel who deal with you in a straightforward way. The service department is courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. The facilities are smaller than some dealerships, but they are clean and offer more personal attention than the larger dealerships.
The service Dept. are well on their toes,I highly rate them for each & every time I have had my Impala serviced there.Steve, has surely got the best public relations of all ! He makes sure you are happy with this dept. through your visit !
