Found a car they had for sale on Cars.Com, used the "contact dealer" button on the webpage. Within several minutes I had a email from the GM and the sales associate Michael Wagner. Since I am 2 hours away, the entire process was handled via email, texts and phone calls. The deal was agreed upon and I made the trip up to MD. What a beautiful dealership! Everyone there was very cordial, friendly and professional. I have bought over 30 cars in my lifetime and this was by FAR the most pleasurable. I hate high pressure....and there was absolutely NONE here. Thank you again Michael and Chuck!
Put in an inquiry on a Friday called on Monday, receptionist sent me to voicemail. Called on Tuesday receptionist sent me to voicemail. Called on Wednesday and spoke to a salesman that said he would get right back to me. Called Thursday to talk to the salesman directly. He was off that day. Took them a week to get back to me only to get offered a terrible deal. Salesman was terrible at math. Just got a car for my wife for the same cost and for some reason they are coming up $200 more per month. Don’t bother with this dealership
The Jeep Cherokee we looked at and eventually purchased had all the options we were looking for at a fair price. The sales person, Amii, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was a pleasure to work with. The process of purchasing the Jeep was very smooth and professional. Tom Hodges is a reputable dealership with excellent customer service. My significant other and I had originally gone in to purchase a used vehicle. As many people know, a car is a huge investment. We had done our homework, and had aimed to leave that day with a used vehicle, 60k in mileage and an average warranty. Instead, we left with a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander. We couldn’t be more pleased with the purchase - they had parts on order for what we wanted added, suggested dinner in-between as we waited for the financial paperwork to be processed, and even stayed far past closing to ensure we left that night in our new vehicle. Pat and Jeremiah were excellent to work with on financing, Dallas was a knowledgeable and friendly sales representative and Tom truly sealed the deal for the whole experience. Not many owners would be there well into the evening to ensure we had the best experience possible. There is no question as to why this dealership has grown into what it is today. Thankful and will be sure to send customers their way.

The purchase of a new Challenger went perfect as did the trade in of my old car. My transaction up to the point of delivery was over the phone with Robert W. I would recommend working with him. I will contact him on my next purchase even though the dealership is miles from my home location. It was worth the travel time to have a great buying experience.

Winegardner always does a great job of servicing my car. I've purchased my last two vehicles from them and have been having my cars serviced there for the past 8 years. I'm always very satisfied. My only small complaint is that they need to have more availability of loaner cars.
Sales pressure was not high, salesman did not lose patience even though it took us all day to complete the sale.
