For my wife, I purchased a Ford EDGE 2015 loaded model from Imperial Ford with the help of Dean Childs, Sales; and Lou Carvalho, Sales Manager. They allowed me to take the vehicle home, show it to my wife and then bring it back. Upon my return to the dealership, I told them we really liked the car but the price was not in our budget. Lou said, "Let me see what I can do for you!" Currently we had been paying $350 per month on the vehicle we were trading in. Lou and Dean offered me a monthly payment (INCLUDING a non-deductible 9 year/150000 mile warrantee) under $400!!! It was a no brainer. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. In 2014 I was able to design my own Ford Mustang Convertible of which I drove away on my 65 birthday blasting my Beach Boys tunes as I drove home. If you are lookin' for a Ford, go H E R E!!!

I went in for an oil change on my 2013 Mazda 6, When I got there, the service personnel reviewed my vehicle's history and noticed I had not yet done my 30k service. (currently at 34k) They went over what was included in the service. The price was fair for the services they offered. They told me it would be about 3 hours. I was not planning on that long, so they offered me a shuttle service which I thought was excellent. I ended up staying and getting some work done. They completed the full service including a bonus wash of the vehicle in about 2 hours 45 min. I was very surprised and happy they were able to complete it in such a timley manner when I was only scheduled for an oil change. Best part is, they went over my vehicle with a "full-circle" inspection. They went over any recommendations for next visit and explained that nothing was due today. It showed me they were not there to just sell me what ever they can. I felt very respected and will be returning for future services. I would strongly recommend this dealer to anyone I speak to. Thank you for the great service!

They helped me go over my credit report and were actually able to stand by what they say about 'Everyone is Approved' AND, I didn't have to go to the RMV because they are able to register on-site, and do the inspection. I walked in without an appointment hoping to be helped with honesty. I ran into Jeff who I later find out has only been there for 2 days, but I felt like he was there forever. Jeff was very informative and helpful and caring. We found a car in a matter of 5 minutes. I was able to test drive it and after a long day, because I wanted to make sure everything was just right, I drove home in my new 2011 Nissan Juke. Everything was done, down to the financing, to the registration, and I didn't have to move or lift a finger, except to sign of course LOL. I would recommend everyone there, especially Jeff, as they were all very nice and helpful. Thank you so much and I can't wait to start driving my new car after the snowstorm. 🙂 I look forward to doing business with you in the future. I dread car shopping! Seriously. It took me 6 weeks to find my last car. This time, my husband looked online, found the make and model we wanted at Modern Auto. This car was IMMACULATE. I have never seen an 8 year old car so well detailed. And no matter how far and wide we looked, we could not find another Toyota Corolla in such good shape for the same price. Max was the first salesman we met. He's polite, no pressure, & I was surprised to find out he's 17! I wanted to do the usual "bullhorn" haggling approach. (I'm Mexican. We love to haggle.) But Max is pretty chill. The next day I tried it again on Joe. But honestly, there wasn't a need. Joe brought the car to our house, explained everything in detail, & both my husband and I realized that we were getting a great car and a great deal. Joe even took our car as a trade in. And drove it back to the lot. We never had to leave our house. This place has really, really nice used cars. And is actually a nice experience. The owner and his family value integrity, ownership, & service. I would check this place out first.
