Service Advisor - Leah at Southern 441 Toyota

On the morning of September 29, I arrived at your service entrance for my scheduled service. I am writing this letter because of the outstanding service I received from your service advisor, Leah Joyner. She knocked my socks off!!!
When I arrived at the service entrance, a young gentleman asked if I had an appointment. He promptly found out my assigned service advisor, put a placard on the windshield with Leah’s name on it. He said Leah would be out soon, and she was there within a minute. She knew who I was, asked about my service requests, and asked if I was waiting for the car. She invited me to the waiting room, and she said she would let me know when my car was done. Usually at any dealership, I must hunt the advisor down, wait while the service advisor pounds on the keyboard for ten minutes before I get any attention. Leah didn’t waste my time when she recorded info into the computer. In fact, I never really saw her on the computer. She took care of all the computer work before she told me my car was done. Checkout was quick and my car was waiting.
I tried to make an appointment in May (after Penske sold), but I went to Palm Beach Toyota instead. I gave up trying to get an appointment. Phone calls and the website would not cooperate. I wasn’t expecting much when I came in this morning, but Leah saved the day.
Excellent, reliable, efficient, and friendly employees are hard to find. I will be back, and you have Leah to thank for that.
