I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

driving now 1 1/2 years. still love it. 59,000 mi. rec. chang rear end oil. mine had broken bits of gear. much better now. leaks from windsheld area, gotta work on that. overall still jeep'n--- please stop putting ducks on my jeep

The cost for materials and labor was excessive to replace a battery in car fob, cabin filter and to insert refresher liquid. First time I've been disappointed with the cost associated with my car service.

I’ve owned a Sahara unlimited for 2 years then purchased a 2019 sport unlimited, hands down the two best cars I ever drove, they don’t exceed in any one category besides getting you where you need to be in style!! I’ve loved every minute of my jeep wrangler!!

i drive a Cadillac SRX luxury and i had this jeep rented for four months and i found it difficult to get back in my car after having the 2.0 turbocharged model unlimited 4 door hard top!

My only reason for four stars is the cost of an oil change--but I love this dealership. They take great care of my truck, they send me video updates of what they find(and don't find) and my advisor Joseph Reynolds really made me feel as if my car mattered to him. He was thorough and kept me updated. And Kwame was his usual caring self--he made sure I was happy with the service but also made me feel cared for as a person, not just a customer. These kind of people bring me back to Waltrip--my fourth Honda vehicle and Waltrip has been my service stop for all of them.

I have been a Jeeper before being a Jeeper was COOL. Although I have had 5 Jeeps before this one this was mu first new one. Except for normal service it has not been back to the dealar once.

This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

I had not bought a vehicle in several years for several reasons. The primary reason being the ‘hassle’ of buying a vehicle from a dealership. Sunvertibles of Franklin is a family owned and operated business. It was a straightforward, hassle free and refreshing experience . The sales person I worked with, Mr. Keith Goldstein, was knowledgeable, courteous, and most importantly applied No pressure to the process. I was done with the entire transaction within two hours. Upon my picking up my vehicle the next week, I thanked Keith for his delightful service and said I will be back in the future to fill my needs for another vehicle whenever that comes to pass. This is my 2nd Jeep Wrangler. I absolutely love it!!!! I ordered it new, so I have all the bells and whistles I wanted. The SOT is fabulous. It is so fun to drive and I get compliments all the time about how beautiful it is. Receiving ducks and giving out ducks is a blast. The Jeep wave is awesome, too. Wranglers also keep their value.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. And I needed new tires so they wasn’t rotated and I still paid $145 for an oil change that’s crazy to pay that much when I could buy it and do it my self. So if I would have got my tires rotated would it have been more. If not shouldn’t the price been cheaper. So if I’m going to pay 145 to get it done. When I can buy the oil and filter for $60. Give me a good reason to come back. Oil changers are cheaper at other places so why should I give u guys my business????

Vehicle is beautiful, but has cracks on the rims and heated seat features do not work or the spotlights Oil change was not done, this is why I wanted to go through a dealer than a private party, for maintenance

During the build of my new truck, there were some frustrating moments. I had some difficulty getting my salesman to return my calls, and was handed off to three different salesmen during the 6 months process. Finally, I was fortunate enough to meet Michael Keiser and Andy Rose. These are the guys you need to talk to if you're buying a new vehicle! This review is for a 2023 Jeep Wrangler 4 door Willys. I had traded in my 2008 Jeep Wrangler 4 door Sahara. So I know these Jeep’s not only last a long time, but are reliable. The new Jeep is beautiful, runs well, and is fun to drive. Exceptional on road and off road performer. Snow, rain, sleet, or mud, this Jeep can handle pretty much any conditions.

Recently purchased a new vehicle and the service was more than outstanding, I was treated like a Nashville Celebrity and I do not even live in the area.

I've added aftermarket exhaust and a computer chip and the roar pedal also KNN air filter and bigger tires 35 so far it is a lot of fun to drive

Excellent customer service and communication. I took my car in when I suddenly began experiencing engine trouble. They have excellent customer service, everyone I encountered was very kind and helpful. Someone kept me consistently updated on the status of my vehicle during the following days. Despite it being a major repair they made the whole process as easy and positive as possible under the circumstances. And they helped provide me with the best options.

I love my 2020 Sahara Unlimited. She is beautiful but still drives and handles like a jeep, which is why I wanted her. The stock tires for the unlimited are bigger than regular tires, and makes her fierce! I have almost 30K on mine and have had no problems (knock on wood) whatsoever. It is a joy to ride with or without the top off. Easy to remove the driver and passenger top for a quick fun ride. Easy but a little heavy to remove the entire top, but totally worth it. I've even had it on the beach and it handles like a dream!

We had a transmission breakdown on I65 just south of Franklin,TN and took our F150 to Ford of Franklin. We were towing a 16ft utility trailer from Florida back to Wisconsin. Service Manager Neal was great, he managed to diagnose the transmission problem and park our truck and trailer in a very tight dealership lot. He knew that we had a bad Transmission Lead Frame. Luckily the replacement part was in stock and Neal was able to schedule service for the next day. We hit the road the next afternoon just before rush hour. We couldn't believe our luck finding such a great Service Manager in Neal and were very thankful that Neal and everyone at Ford of Franklin took such great care of us.

Bought myself the Wrangler Unlimitied with one touch sky top. Managed to purchase at exactly the right time when a one day only pricing of $55,000 (Fully loaded) became available right before buying cars became so prohibitive. Held on to my Pontiac Vibe for routine errands and that allows me to keep my Jeep in pristine condition for years to come. Love the 23.9 avg mpg. Much higher than I expected.
