My wife and I purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue SL from Beck Nissan in Palatka, Florida. And we want to say thank you to Anna Charles, Sales Consultant, and Sybil Turner, General Sales Manager. They truly made our car-buying experience enjoyable. We truly loved that they did not play games, give us the little piece of paper with a number on it or waste our time. They were upfront, transparent, and true to their word. I found that to be a rare trait in salespeople in this day and age. We went in asking about an SV Rogue, and while Anna Charles was getting paperwork on that vehicle, we decided to upgrade to an SL Rogue. But Anna did not pressure us to get the more expensive vehicle. So, I asked why, and Anna stated that she wanted us to be happy with our car-buying experience at Beck Nissan, and if we were pleased, we would come back and do business with her in the future. Furthermore, her name and reputation were at state also. And Anna was right. We will come back to see her when we have future car needs. Sybil Turner, General Sales Manager. She was very professional, courteous, and considerate of our time. First, she asked what we needed and what we wanted. Then she gave us some options, and we picked the one we liked. Great little SUV, nice options as good as a more expensive luxury car. Smooth ride and very comfortable. I'd recommend this Jeep to anyone wanting a smaller SUV

I love Beck Nissan. I called Trevor in the service department and made my appointment for a oil and filter change and tire rotation. I love the fact that as an older single woman, I can take my car in to be serviced, they do what I ask and there is no oh but you need this done and there is another problem. They do what you ask them to do in a friendly and timely manner. That makes it a better experience all around for me. Thank you Beck Nissan and keep up the good work.

I have a 2018 Cherokee latitude plus. More than 140k miles. Very nice SUV. I think most of this bad reviews are not fair. I will buy a new one in the near future.

I love my vehicle. It's a 2023 model year Jeep Grand Cherokee L in the Summit Reserve trim with the 5.7 liter HEMI V8 engine. Overall sleek exterior design of the vehicle is nice. As for the interior, it's great! Nice and comfortable interior. Palermo leather seats, massaging front seats and power folding rear seats. Heated/ventilated seats for both the first and second rows. Front passenger infotainment screen, interior camera, night vision camera, ambient lighting and a 19-speaker premium audio system. More importantly is the excellent performance. This V8 engine comes with 357 horsepower and 390 pound feet of torque. It'll go from 0-60 in 6.1 seconds. Very good acceleration for sure. A recommended vehicle for performance, enjoying features, hauling passengers and carrying big loads when seats are folded. 👍👍

What an Amazing place! All the staff are wonderful heartfelt people working hard to get you the car you want! Scott was amazing and so helpful, they certainly work as a team. I was offered another vehicle, but my heart was on the Kia Soul, so they made it happen. God Bless these beautiful people.

Runs smooth. Very comfortable. Always loved the Jeep brand so this was a natural upgrade. Love the options too. The adaptive cruise control is amazing.

Great car so far. Still learning drivability. Tinted driver’s windows reflect light from dashboard which interferes with side mirror and external view, to the extent that window has to be rolled down to be able to see side mirror.

Joe my service adviser is very helpful , courteous & knowledgeable. He took care of my car issues in a timely manner. The breakfast bar was delicious.

my grandmother sadly traded in this gladiator i wish she would have kept it . It is very comfortable,reliable,it look great on the outside,it has enough power,and its value is very good.
