Mario Lee was my salesman and the best one I ever dealt with. 👍🏽 He was very attentive, professional and friendly. I really appreciate how much he went above and beyond and how personable he was. He made me feel very comfortable and did not pressure me at all even when I initially went to look at the vehicle. While it was a week before I returned to take a final look before I purchased the vehicle, Mario was so responsive and quickly and effectively addressed any concerns or questions I had. I was so indecisive and kept contacting him to reiterate details. He was so patient and never came off persistent or annoyed. This is far my most positive experience compared to 7 other dealerships I delt with. When I purchased the vehicle Mario held his promise to ensure that the minor concerns were taken care of. When I returned to pick up my readily vehicle it was Mario???s day off and he went out of his way to meet me at the dealership I felt so bad for making him wait for me as I kept changing the time and by the time I got there we were unable to take a picture together I felt so horrible but this gentleman, Jose Garcia filled in for him and took care of us. He was great very outgoing and funny. Thank you Bourne???s for everything! I would so recommend Bourne???s Auto to my friends and family. Amy Pawloski was the person I initially had contact with she would immediately follow up with me. She reached out to me to let me know of the price dropping. I love this car,fully loaded and luxurious. I love the camera on the front grill and the sensors on the back bumper. It beeps when another car is approaching or you are getting too close to a curb. I am tall but I fit quite comfortably in my Cadenza. I have driven out of town twice and it handled quite well. You don't see too many Cadenzas on the road so it makes me appreciate it even more. The back seats don't fold down but that is not a big deal.

I needed a replacement vehicle and my credit was recovering from the Recession,Ken Russian got me an excellent rate on a loan, which made it possible for me to buy a used car (with only 100 miles on it) right off the showroom floor. I had my hyperactive son with me and they did not give me any looks when he jumped all over the showroom (I did warn him to stay away from the cars!). This dealership's professionalism is unparalleled. When I brought the car in for service, everyone was completely professional and again, understanding of the child situation. Everything was explained and all questions answered. I gladly drive from Worcester to Framingham for service because I know I'm getting the best.

Sport and luxury all in one. Why pay 20 grand more for a emblem? The Kia Cadenza limited has every option, qualityall around with the best warrantee in the market. I have white with the cocca diamond stitching and get people all the time asking me what make and can they sit in it.

Not sure what to say about our 2015 Cadenza, we bought it new for 10k under sticker and while it has rarely left us stranded its not built for reliability. Overall the power-train is proven and we can report seems solid. Frequent issues are minor but add up over time. Paint, trim, & navigation head unit have been our issues. The car drives well, and well powered for a vehicle in its class but lacks some features expected in this class such as turbo. Value is interesting, these cars new are heavily incentivized due to poor north American sales. We paid 26k for a car stickered at 36k, but three years and 40k miles later its value is around 13.5k. For those who want a deal on a full size car, and resale isn't a concern then the Cadenza might be a good buy. If not, then there are much less risky options on the market.

I recently purchased a new Kia Soul from this dealer. I am very happy and completely satisfied with the entire experience. My salesperson, Ken, was attentive and informative without being pushy. The actual purchase process was very smooth and required little effort on my part. They were very good at truly hearing all of my requirements and concerns and were diligent in ensuring that these were honored to the best of their ability. I live an hour from the dealer, and unlike other dealers in the past, they sequenced the process in a way that I didn???t have to return there repeatedly. When I picked up my car, a very nice and patient young man went over every detail of the car with me. He explained the onboard computer system in detail until I understood it and had no further questions ??? he never once rushed me. The car I traded in for this purchase was from a ???sister??? dealership of theirs, and I was also very happy with them when I purchased that used vehicle. The only thing I found slightly off-putting is that the actual showroom I did business in was physically not welcoming: there were only 2 small tables in the corners. It???s a relatively busy dealership with few salespeople, and while wait times were reasonable, I wasn???t particularly comfortable when I was waiting. Adjacent to this in another building (perhaps the service and parts area?) is a very nice area with refreshments and a children???s room. I recommend this dealership wholeheartedly and without reservation.

This car is so roomy, the trunk is over sized and provides more than enough room. The back seat is giant. There is so much leg room its unreal. The car drives so smooth, and gets great gas mileage. There are vents in the back along with usb ports. The XM Radio rewinds, yes you saw that right. It rewinds. The HD radio is a very nice touch but I do not like that in order to use apple car play you must have your phone plugged in. That seems old school considering that it has bluetooth.

Being a single female I dreaded the car shopping experience. I had no time left to put it off so off to the dealership I went. I was greeted promptly by Ken Russian-I explained that I really had no clue what type of car I wanted but I was originally looking for a SUV. We went over my budget and he showed me a few Kias-one was a sedan that I really liked but I wanted to see what else was out there. I then told him I was off to look at other cars. I went to 3 other dealerships where I got the BS car salesman chat and I literally ran back to Kia. I spoke with Ken in more detail about what I was looking for and he came up with the perfect car for me. I took it for a test drive and we made a deal. This was the easiest car shopping experience I have ever had. (I also had a trade in that Kia gave a great price for) I also spent sometime talking with Burt (he worked all the numbers for me) and once again I was so impressed by the care that this team has for the people buying/leasing cars and the time they took to make sure it was the right car for me. Next step I went in to sign the papers with David-we were chatting about insurance and how expensive it was and he actually referred me to a local car insurance that saved me almost $30 a month. This dealership is top notch and they are so kind and caring and professional. No beating around the bush with them. They clearly want what is best for the customer and you normally don't find that in dealerships. I am now the proud new mother to a Kia Optima Hybrid and love it.

I dealt with Ken Russian over the phone and was able to get the terms and all fees to purchase the vehicle I wanted . I had already done my research and needed no further input on the Nero PHEV . I had gone through the typical dealer abuse at the biggest dealer in the area and was fully fed up with Kia and was ready to buy another brand . I am glad I gave Lev a shot because they were everything the other dealer was not . Lev matched the price from the other dealer and sold me a vehicle with 3 more options at the same price . I arrived the next day and the car was waiting for me to test drive . Ken gave me all paperwork I would be signing and the time to read it sitting in my car . I went inside and signed the deal and everything went EXACTLY as Ken promised . No surprises and no hidden fees . What breath of fresh air . The dealer in Quincy should take a lesson from Lev on how to sell a car to a serious buyer who doesn't like the crazy sales tactics ! A first time Lev customer but definitely a repeat customer .

I've been with Lev Kia since they opened and have been thrilled with the effectiveness of their service department. It's clear the entire dealership is under strong ownership/management. My 2006 Sedona has been flawless because it's a good car but also because Lev Kia service has been taking good care of it. Jason and Warren have been completely trustworthy and I'm confident any time I go in for either routine/preventative maintenance or for another issue. I'm in the market for a new minivan and will be purchasing it from Lev Kia, mostly because of the service department.

I am leasing my 2013 Kia from here (and will buy it at end of contract) and recently had a problem with 2 tires that required service and the use of my tire warranty. Because I don't live or work close to Herb Chambers Kia, I had it towed to York Kia of Medford - HUGE MISTAKE! It took York Kia 46 hours to tell me that (1) they didn't have the tires in stock and (2) it didn't really matter because they aren't certified by the tire warranty company to get reimbursed for the tires or the work. I was devastated and furious that they waited so long to look at the warranty paperwork (faxed to them last night). Enter Julian Aguirre, the salesman at Herb Chambers who had leased me the car 36 months ago. Within 3 minutes of talking on the phone, Julian had a resolution to my problem and took me from a 9.5 stress level to a .5. Kia Roadside Assistance is towing the car from York Kia to Herb Chambers Kia as I type. Julian said he will call me when it arrives sometime tonight and will let me know first thing when it's done tomorrow. I've been regretting, of late, purchasing a vehicle from a dealer who lives so far from me, but Julian just reminded me of why I chose Herb Chambers of Burlington in the first place and why, even if it's inconvenient to continue my service needs post-lease with Herb Chambers, their honesty, care, and level of service deserves my loyalty.

This car is surprisingly luxurious. Nice clean lines, and smooth flowing interior. One thing i would change is that the shiny black plastic that is used for the console in the front and along the doors needs to be more scratch resistant. i have been neurotic about keeping it clean and these areas show small scratches quite easily.

My experience with Ron Bouchards KIA has been very good, starting with my purchase of my 2012 KIA Sorento. The service dept. has been another very good experience. My car has been serviced on time and with an excellent staff. Al Dinarto, always pleasant & accommodating. I was happy with my Sorento and it's performance. While having it in for a routine servicing, I was approached with an offer for my car that I felt was a great deal. That very day, I put a deposit down on a 2017 Sportage. The sales staff were wonderful and found the car I wanted. I was fussy with the color outside and inside. The staff located my car up in Vermont and promptly brought it back to Lancaster. The whole process went through very smoothly. My experience was a 5 star rating and I would recommend buying your KIA from Ron Bouchards in Lancaster!

I recently purchased this auto as a certified used car with only 4,700 miles. Quickly took it on a 2,600 miles vacation run. Outstanding on the highway: exceptionally smooth V6 and transmission, great ride, climate control, audio, and seats. Likely the most "non-tiring" ride I've owned. Still have a question about the accuracy of the adaptive cruise control. Seems to work differently than our Sonata. Overall, with three months ownership and 2,700 miles, I'm completely happy (and even a bit surprised) with the quality and performance. MPG is not that great (the thing weighs almost 4,700 pounds - thus great ride), with about 30 on total interstate, and about 21 in the city.

I walked into Courtesy Mitsubishi on a Saturday morning and was greeted right away, by Tony Machado. I told him I was just looking to sit in a 2017 Mirage, " to see if I hate it.". He took me right to one, gave me time to peek and poke at the one in the showroom, then offered me a test drive. He quickly located one with the equipment I was asking about and navigated us on a ride that included back roads and highway. Back at the dealership Tony took his time answering my questions and we tortured the manager a bit, as it was the last day of the month. Tony made the whole process painless. Now, usually this is where these stories go really sideways, with the business manager,F&I guy. Nope. Not this time. Tim turned out to be a good guy too. 0.0% for 48 months and no games with the paperwork. I've had the car a week now, they got it registered and inspected for me. When I went back for my registration and sticker I met three more friendly faces in the service department. This place is clearly the twilight zone of the car business and nothing goes as badly as you have come to expect from the car business! Just buy a car here, from Tony.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

Timing Chain Tensioner went bad at 62000 miles($2600 repair), right after the warranty. The optima has recalls that the Cadenza does not but are experiencing the same issues costing cadenza owners lots of money! My sense of security has vanished. Smooth and sleek. Passenger seat sits really low and doesn't raise. Lots of extras :) When it rains and you open the trunk the water pours into the trunk. I would say that's a design flaw. If Kia would recall the faulty parts I would recommend this car to everyone. However the problems are HUGE and no recalls have happened.
