They helped us get a great deal and find the perfect vehicle for us (which ended up being a newer model of the one I had prior to the one we just traded) and they helped us with all of this over the phone, email, texts, etc. and we live 1200 miles away! They were able to meet us at a half way point since we happened to be visiting family halfway we met with their drivers and picked our new vehicle up! Pretty much can't say enough good about these guys! I'd been shopping for a used Jeep Commander for a week or two near my hometown of Minneapolis, MN. I looked at a couple and they both had issues. I broadened my search and found one for sale from 391. I explained that I was interested and would drive down from Minneapolis to buy it if it passed an inspection. Before the inspection, Prentice took more detailed photos of every little issue and sent them to me. Then he personally drove the car to third party shop for inspection. It checked out great except for two issues that 391 repaired at NO COST TO ME. We had already agreed on a price if it passed inspection, so they just fixed that stuff and didn't increase the price. I drove down the next morning, and after a test drive, and 5 minutes of paperwork, I left with the car at the agreed-upon price. I've had it for a few weeks now and absolutely no surprises. The price was lower than all the others I was looking at, and the vehicle is in better condition. Next time I'm in the market for a used car, I'm actually going to call down there first! It's well worth the drive for someone you can trust, and an unbeatable price!

Upon taking delivery of our truck, we discovered that the Lane Departure Warning system was inoperative. The dealer offered to troubleshoot the problem on the spot, but due to family time constraints we had to start the long drive home before they could solve the problem.
