Matt Vallee was very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He didn't seem to mind some of the dumb questions I had. We drove several cars around the lot before making a final selection. The whole process went smoothly. Matt was kind enough to help me clean out my trade in since I wasn't really prepared to turn it in. Mike in financing was also very knowledgeable and courteous. However, he had to apologize several times for the length of time it took to get the financing completed. My FICA score was 850. I don't know why the financing took so long. I arrived at the dealer about 3:00 PM and had my car selected and priced by 4:00 PM or so. I didn't get to leave until almost 7:00 PM. Three hours for financing seems way too long. Something needs to be done about the time it took for financing. I am enjoying my new 2018 Chevy Cruze in what I describe as Cardinal Red! I learn new things about it every day!
Brian Buhr was available to discuss the deal even on his days off! We actually enjoyed working with him and Sveta in the closing hours of negotiations. They were knowledgeable about the vehicle and the process we were going through -- our last purchase was a 2002 EXT from Moore in ~2002! A lot has changed! We are hoping to have the same experience with our 2018 we have had with our 2000 and 2002 Escalades! We are keeping both cars so I'll have the EXT (~150K miles) for the farm and around town trips. Susan loves her 2000 Escalade (~40K) -- we broke it in going to Boise, ID in January 2000 driving through the Rockies in January; an experience! The 4-wheel drive paid for itself! However, we were unable to get the Super Bowl coming back through Nebraska on AM or FM. We called On-Star every ten minutes (they suggested it!) and they kept us informed how the Rams were doing. We watched the last quarter in the motel in Lincoln. Such a deal!

I have nothing negative to say about my purchase, received a better rate than expected, Dave Chadwick was awesome to deal with, found me the best rate possible, I would consider it a new car rate for a 2015 used car. Dave could of stopped at the Kia certified rate, but found a local credit union that crushed Kia's rate. Shannon McGuire was great to deal with, hooked me up with a set of new floor mats, after the sale I got home and noticed that the car did not have any, and he was very knowledgeable about the car. Do yourself a favor, and remember to take your old plates off your car, this is my first car purchase in over a decade, and after all the excitement of buying my first newer car in 10 years, I forgot to take my old beat up plates off my trade in. The car was taken to auction with the plates on it, and I received a nice little picture of my old 2007 beater in the mail crossing the New Jersey Turnpike which set me back 65.00 bucks, the car looked just as great on the east cost, as it did in Jefferson County. I will go ahead and claim 65% responsibility for this, maybe 70%. I have no idea how my 325,000 mile car made it to New Jersey, I thought it was going to blow up driving from Herky to South County to trade it in. Despite being out 65.00 bucks and my wife screaming at me for being a irresponsible xxx, I have no problem taking my business back to Suntrup Kia South. Ok maybe 75% my fault on the plates.

Purchased new and am now going on 104,000 miles. Super reliable, peppy, and affordable. Other than replacing brakes and new tires, the only maintenance needed has been oil changes and suggested manufacturing maintenance. Trunk cargo is HUGE. Great in snow with snow tires. Unfortunately, the engine just started making "ticking " noise. Guess it's time for another KIA!

I am what I would call a "new adult". I recently started my first professional job after graduating with my Masters degree in May. My fiance and I both have great jobs, we have a beautiful home together, and we are trying to get on our feet. Our budget is obviously tight since we just started out, I just graduated two extra years of school, and are planning a wedding. However, I needed a new car fairly quickly because the once I had since high school was giving out slowly but surely. My fiance and I sought out a few dealers, but they all said the same thing. Because I didn't have established credit yet, nowhere was willing to give me a loan at a price that was reasonable for us to afford. Sure I could have settled for a different type of car, but my heart was set on a Cherokee Trailhawk. I took a chance with All Star Dodge and they were willing to take a chance on me. Will was very knowledgeable about people in situations like mine, and he was willing to help me find a way to get in the car I really wanted. Between him being nothing but truthful and upfront the entire time, to Ken fighting to find a bank that would offer me a decent loan, All Star truly went above and beyond to help me find my dream car when other dealerships wouldn't. All Star isn't afraid to stay 30 minutes past when they close in order to crunch the numbers. They don't take "no" for an answer like most dealerships. Time after time other places told me no bank would give me a loan for the percent I wanted, yet All Star found a way to make it work. Wow. I bought this vehicle as a replacement to my commuter car that was end of life. It is way more than I expected. Out of the door, it was about 15k with service package. On a good day, this car gets over 40 miles to the gallon! I drive about a hundred miles a day and this car is super comfy. I am 6'1" tall and I fit perfectly fine in this car. There is so much leg room in this car its unreal. The car handles great, gets great gas mileage and is super comfy. I would totally recommend the Kia Forte for anyone who has a long commute.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

Very roomy for the size, but sits too low to the ground. Everything is plastic. It's definitely a 4 cylinder and acceleration is fair. Very easy to drive, actually fun to drive. Gas mileage is pretty good, about 35 combined - 40 on highway. Only had 4/5 months - 4600 miles. We'll see.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! Love the fuel economy of this KIA Forte the ride is nice comfortable and quiet it has all the standard features needed for a EX except cruise control and a spare tire would be nice instead of a inflation kit other than that it is a well liked vehicle I hope it gos 200K miles time will tell of the longevity of this Kia it will be well maintained and cared for
