WHAT MORE CAN I SAY THAT OTHERS HAVE NOT ALREADY SAID. GREAT PLACE & WILL DO MORE BUSINESS IN THE FUTURE. PICKING UP MY VEHICLE TODAY! ONLY THING I WILL HAVE TO DO IS GET USED TO DRIVING A LARGE VEHICLE COMPARED TO A LITTLE KIA SPECTRA LOL!
Brent did a great job helping us to get the truck we have been searching for at a good price. Christian was honest & upfront about what they could do on the repairs. We left with the vehicle we wanted & a decent deal. This is the first time I have bought a used vehicle & felt like it was an honest & open transaction. thank you for that experience!
Went out to look at a vehicle. It was already sold. Kyle asked me what I needed and was looking for. Showed me several possiblities that didn't quite fit. The next day he texted/called and said. I have the car your looking for and he was spot on. Thanks for the extra effort and attention to the staff.
Everyone on the staff was great, I bought a car from 500 miles away, Jimmy pointed out and took pictures of small flaws that I wouldn't have noticed to make sure there were no surprises, I was in and out in less than an hour and I was completely happy with the entire process!
Flew in from SoCal for a special 2015 Camaro Convertible I found on line. My sales rep was Emily. She had everything ready including a detailed car and all paperwork. She made the process easy and stress free. Emily invited me to have a quick lunch while I was there. The dealership puts out a deli sandwich and pizza spread on Saturdays. All in all , a great dealership experience. Thank you Em.
If the dealership can make a transaction this easy for an out of state sale, I imagine local sales would be a breeze.
I have purchased a total of 5 new Mazda's from Davis-Moore Mazda and have not had one ounce of regret with any purchase or repair. The sales and repair teams work with you and the pressure is minimal if any. As long as it stays owned by the Davis-Moore Group, I will stay a customer.
My teenage daughter found the car she wanted. We sent an email, received a phone call, took the car for a test drive, took it to our mechanic to have it checked out, told them we wanted it AND now it is ours. The staff at Subaru of Wichita were all very nice and professional. Thank you!!

I recently bought a new Forester from Subaru of Wichita and was very impressed with every step of the purchase process. However, today their service department went above and beyond! Recently I had a flat tire and had to put the spare put on to get to the dealership. They very quickly repaired the tire, took off the spare and put it back and I was on my way. Once again, I was very impressed! However, in the days following the repair I developed a rattle in the back of the car. I took everything out and attempted to find the rattle with no luck. It kept getting worse so I called the dealership and they said to stop by and they would check it out. I did so today, and they spent 45 minutes trying to find the rattle with no luck. So, the chief mechanic was called to take the car for a drive and see if he could determine the problem. Sure enough, he did! Unbelievably, the rattle was from my husband not putting my new license plate holder on firmly!!! After all the time they had spent on the car they would not take a penny. Just said thanks for coming in and come back soon. WHAT A DEALERSHIP! QUALITY PEOPLE. QUALITY CARS!!
I am proud to say that i can update a prior review of an oil leak on a remanufactured engine that the service department installed. After a conversation with General Manager and his review of my oil leak it has been repaired. I wish that i had not had to go as high up the ladder as i did, but the outcome was good.
I was searching for a new car for about a year and wandered upon CarStoreUSA since it was right down the street from my parents' house. I fell in love with this 2009 BMW 328i that looked almost brand new! I get compliments pretty often and people never believe me when I tell them that it's used and nearly 9 years old.
Juan was so helpful--he cut me a great deal on my BMW and even let me leave with a full tank of gas. I've never been to another dealership where I didn't feel harassed by the salespeople. My mother helped me shop and since we are both female, it was so comforting that not a single salesperson at CarStoreUSA treated us like we were inferior or clueless about cars.
Another part of my experience to note was the fact that although the car only had one key with it, Juan helped us figure out whether it would be more affordable to purchase a spare through their dealership or if it was cheaper to purchase directly from BMW. They genuinely wanted me to have the most affordable options possible at this dealership.
Since buying this car back in March, I relocated to the Overland Park, KS area and still, I have no issues whatsoever.
