New and used 2025 Kia K4 for sale near Katy, TX

I purchased my Telluride at Becken Masten. They are the only ones who have serviced my car as in oil changes etc. always easy to make and appointments, very friendly workers and services always done in a timely manner.

I have owned my K4 EX for about a month now. It has been a great car! I think that the most fitting word for this car is value. You get A LOT for the money. I got my EX for under $25k out the door and for that I got a car that has a great design, awesome technology (wireless car play, huge touchscreen, updated safety features etc), fantastic fuel economy (40+ on the highway) and a very comfortable ride. This feels like a car that should cost at least $10k more than it does. I highly recommend this car.

Mr. Mark demonstrated exceptional customer service from the beginning. He promptly scheduled an appointment for my daughter's vehicle despite other dealerships' reluctance to accommodate us for 15 days due to starter issues. He also managed to set up my appointment for an oil change on short notice this Saturday. I am very impressed with Mark's customer service skills, which is why I have decided to no longer take my three cars that I purchased from Parkway Kia to them anymore. I purchased all three of them in one month for my children in 2020. The lack of customer appreciation shown to me has been disappointing. Great car at its entry price. Rented both Honda Civic, Volkswagen Jetta and Kia K4. Drove all for week (7 days). The Kia won hands down. Bought Kia K4 for $23,400 over 3 months and it has better warranty than its competitors. Safety and accessories are part of Kia’s factory standard install compared to up charges from Honda and Volkswagen. Love interactive cruise control and its Saftey features.

Please ask for Paul or Trey. You will not be disappointed. They were so attentive and had the keys waiting for me to look at the car I wanted. The no hassle or fuss when I walked in and especially drove up, made me chose this dealership.

Margo is my customer service person and she has always been so kind and willing to serve. I was placed in an uncomfortable position this last visit. It was an extra additional service in which I had clearly declined each of the 5 times it was offered. As soon as she realized the mistake, she owned up to it and covered me on it. I did appreciate her desire to make good on the mistake, and her willingness to clear me in it.

Since my first experiance with them 7 years ago, I feel confident that every time I show up for any kind of problem they will treat me like family and make my problem resolve in a professional manner and time.
