As our sales rep, he guided us skillfully through the process and went out of his way to explain each step to my granddaughter who was buying her first car. He updated us on the progress of the paperwork and, when she picked up the car, actually put a bright red bow on it for a photograph of her and the car. Would certainly request him when we are in the market for a new vehicle.

Very easy process with buying a sorento hybrid. Kenny R. was wonderful to deal with. And no up charge above sticker price, other dealerships we went to charged between $3,000- $8,000 above sticker.

I bought a 2022 Kia Seltos from a Toyota dealership. I brought my car in for oil change, tire rotation and a check of the brakes. Glad I did, since it had a recall. Service was great and price was comparable to the oil change place I used to use. Brakes were okay too.

I have bought many cars in my lifetime and Andres Marquez was truly the best salesmen I have ever worked with. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He made the entire process stress free. Incredibly polite, honest, and helpful staff. We had to have body work done after some road debris damage, and Marc (head of the body shop) made absolutely sure that the right things were assessed and completed expertly. KIA had apparently sent Lev some defective replacement parts, but Marc pushed them hard to resend the parts they needed to be able to make the repairs absolutely invisible. He was delightful to deal with. I actually can't imagine better service!

Service department is top notch, with friendly staff attentive to the customers safety and satisfaction. Called the service department for seatbelt and turn signal indicator lights randomly coming on and spoke with Warren. His immediate concern was safety and asked to bring the car in that afternoon for it to be checked. He suggested an oil change while I was there since it was due. He informed me about all the findings and he was right on time with the time he quoted for car to be ready! I have always been extremely satisfied with Kia in both the buying process and service.

Dropped van off early. Found video of problems via text on my phone in less than an hour’s Video was great ideaa. I replied agreeing okaying recommended repairs. Oddly my reply went somewhere else instead of service mgr. No worries as work was done nicely and van was ready when promised. Pricing is what it is. $361 for a belt tensioner? I’d rather have it done right than cheap.
