After three years of constant frustrations with their service department I decided to drive the extra 40 minutes to Jones and it was absolutely worth it! The Service Department staff members were very friendly and helpful. They were professional and accommodating when I requested that my driver's side seat be covered so that it would be protected while being serviced. I had a Safety Recall addressed and I was pleased that it did not take a long time to complete the job. My Service Advisor, Samantha, was professional and courteous and kept me updated on the progress of the service.
