We bought a 2020 Ford Explorer in April our outstanding salesman was Thomas in used cars he took care of us above and beyond and we’re so grateful unfortunately we had issues in August and had to bring our vehicle in the first service technician was not so good kept telling us what they couldn’t do and nothing about what they could then i believe the best service technician stepped in an made this what we were thinking was going to be a nightmare a more pleasant experience and handled all of our issues thank you Thomas our salesman and Glen our service technician for giving us a piece of mind !!!! Thank you guys

Let me start by saying I love Land Rover products, have owned a few, and I love this car but... I've had more electronic issues with this car than all previous combined. Granted, it has a lot more technology than previous models I've owned, so there is that. Land Rover frequently sends software updates to the car that must be downloaded. It takes several attempts to ever get them to work/download properly. The last one I received I finally had to take it to the dealer to let them do it (after several weeks of trying). Additionally, the camera system had to be replaced for intermittent interruptions that progressively got worse over a few months time (car is a year old now). Big problem for this car b/c it's difficult to see out of the car and the cams are a necessity. Beyond the electronic issues, the car looks great and performs well on my ranch where I actually need a car that can get around in all weather conditions and on the inclines and rough terrain we have - plus I just enjoy driving it. Hoping they work out the electronics. I plan to keep the car for a good while.

A lot of the times, the car purchasing process can be dreadful. I am more than grateful to say this time was not one of those! I called before heading over to make sure the car I was interested in was still available. I had the pleasure of speaking with BiBi (Bibiana), who conformed it was, and was able to answer a few questions due to me being cautious. The purchasing process was very smooth, mainly because of BiBi's honesty and transparency. Bibi took my offer over to Shaun who was just as awesome. He wasted no time getting it approved, and most importantly didn't try to sneak any extra charges in. Once the deal was approved, I was directed to Shannon's office in finance, to finalize everything. She was just as polite and curious, and had me out in my new (preowned) vehicle without delay. I mostly appreciate the honesty and transparency of all the staff there. I will gladly give this deanship future business.

Found The used truck that I wanted. Filled out there Online Credit App. The following day I was contacted and they ask if I was Ready to move forward later that day I was approved. My score was so so but they still got me a good rate. Just moved to Nashville from London, England and I?m quite a scruffy Brit. Didn?t matter, as soon as I walked in, I was welcomed with smiles and great, helpful people. They assigned me to Patrick who was and is an absolute legend. He was so friendly and easy going and made finding the right Porsche just the best experience. Then comes Madison, who made all the intricacies of buying a US car with UK credentials an absolute breeze. She was a total legend too that just took everything in her stride and helped make it happen with Patrick. We had problems with UK/US bank communication (on our end) and they were patient and fixed it all. Super knowledgable and supportive throughout the whole process and were incredible thankful to have been looked after by such a great team. When we finally got everything sorted and picked up the car, they had a car specialist (Sean, another legend) sit in the car and talk us through every feature. He made it great fun and got us set on our way with the new car. I?ve been all over the world and this was world class service in the friendliest, most natural way. If you want to meet a warm group of people that’s not going to play games head here. Everyone was Amazing from Mr. Daniel, Mr Anthony, and Mr. Gregg. They answer all my questions with ease, transparency was on point and I appreciated their honesty. I made my decision within 15 minutes to purchase and paperwork was completed within 2 hours or less. They were honest and trustworthy. The car needs a training course to operate. I wish they trained us better. It's still a 3 hour deal to complete everything. I would recommend them though.
