I just bought the 2024 Defender 110. This is my second one as I drove the first one for four years with zero issues. I love the look, power (P400), comfort, and capabilities of the Defender. I tow a boat in the summers and I am amazed how well this thing pulls. The Defender is very capable and sure footed off road when going hunting etc…but it’s also a smooth comfortable daily driver. Overall I couldn’t be happier with this SUV.

I used Robert Faroni in the Manahttan Location and he was EXCELLENT. There were several problems that arose during the process of leasing a new car and he solved all the problems and got the deal done. Highly recommended.

I drive my Defender when I want the capability of my Jeep Rubicon but when I want luxury and comfort. The P400 engine packs a punch. I own the LWB model 130 and even with its size, it maneuvers about with ease. The ride is quiet and smooth but shifts into a rugged off-roader. The simplistic interior and lack of carpet is a WIN and must have for an off road vehicle. Love the larger 11” responsive screen. I also love the option to delete the 3rd row seat.

If I asked for a remote purchase and were surprised by the friendly and quick service, the salesman Fitzroy Stewart really did a good job of what I wanted. Next year I will change my family car here.

This was the most relaxed and efficient purchase my wife and I have ever made. We were in and out with a RAV4 in less than two hours, including a test drive. The salesman, Joshua, was fantastic. There was zero pressure to buy but lots of information and help in making our decision.

Let me start by saying I love Land Rover products, have owned a few, and I love this car but... I've had more electronic issues with this car than all previous combined. Granted, it has a lot more technology than previous models I've owned, so there is that. Land Rover frequently sends software updates to the car that must be downloaded. It takes several attempts to ever get them to work/download properly. The last one I received I finally had to take it to the dealer to let them do it (after several weeks of trying). Additionally, the camera system had to be replaced for intermittent interruptions that progressively got worse over a few months time (car is a year old now). Big problem for this car b/c it's difficult to see out of the car and the cams are a necessity. Beyond the electronic issues, the car looks great and performs well on my ranch where I actually need a car that can get around in all weather conditions and on the inclines and rough terrain we have - plus I just enjoy driving it. Hoping they work out the electronics. I plan to keep the car for a good while.

I requested an appointment via email and received confirmation by text message and email. The staff is very friendly and the facility is clean. I received the exact service I had requested and the price was explained with no surprise. I was offered coffee and a nice place to sit. My vehicle was cleaner than when I arrived and my seats and mirrors were exactly as I had them when I arrived for service.

Amazing service and unbeatable prices. They told me they hand pick their cars and focus on quality not quantity.

After visiting 4 VW dealerships with NO luck in trying to return my lease and getting into a new cross sport near me, including the one where I leased my 2019 atlas I was referred to nick ( manager ) and greg ( salesman) at VW of west Islip. Within minutes i agreed on a price that I was comfortable with. With Greg’s knowledge and experience it made the process easier. He made sure that everything was on point and double checked all the paperwork and car to make sure everything was ok. He called me the next day to make sure my wife was happy with the car and she was able to connect her phone to the car and with car net as she was unable to come with me.
