Purchased my car in 4/2017 was taken care of by Raul Rosado (salesman) and previous manager. A part from the inside of the car was broken and needed replacement. Per those two employees, they were suppose to follow up with me and never did after 3 months of emailing Mr. Rosado and calling without no response I went personally to the dealer and met Edwin Torres who went above and beyond to help me and make sure a had a loaner car and fixed all the issues with the car. The new manager was also accommodating. Staff like that makes a difference. The reason why I bought my car at your dealer was because my son in law bought GT mustang last year and had great customer service. The two sales people that helped me back in April had no customer service and I felt because I am 68 years old that they could avoid my emails and calls, I'm happy they are not a part of your organization.
My service advisor's name is Greg Abbey. He is always professional and very helpful. In addition, I've dealt with other advisors who have been great as well! I would definitely recommend the service department of this dealership, and although I purchased my car from a different Lou Bachrodt Mazda, we recently purchased my daughter's vehicle from Lou Bachrodt Coconut Creek Mazda, and had a very pleasurable experience!
I was visiting Pompano Beach from Canada for March Break with my family. We drove and have done the 2200km or so drive each way for the last 5 years in our 2009 Mazda CX9 (my wife's vehicle) that we have had since new. We love the SUV and it has roughly 150,000 miles on it. The vehicle has been maintained by the dealer where we bought the vehicle (near Toronto) and not by our local dealer as there salesperson (at the time) was awful and there service throughout the years (we have had 3 Mazda's since 2001) has been poor. Anyway, we had a complete service at the beginning of March. The passenger window was not working so had it repaired a few days before we left. While it works well we found (on our travels) that the passenger door wasn't actually locking although it appeared to be doing so. I was extremely upset as we had left our multiple possessions in an unlocked vehicle. I went to Lou Bachrodt Mazda early Monday morning, made an appointment and had the vehicle repaired first thing the next day. The Service was excellent. Thank you so much Martin Gatewood.
Outstanding service for many years, including the leasing of my Honda's (2) and buying my 2013 Honda, all under the care of your outstanding Mr. Daniel Michelena. He has always taken such good care of me and my needs. This time my battery was expiring and Luis Garcia was kind enough to take good care of me, i.e., filled out all the papers, got all the signatures, took it immediately to be fixed, sold me a new battery and in general was polite, efficient and professional.

I just bought a 2016 Ranger Rover Sport from Land Rover of West Chester. I had a fantastic experience. They worked out all of the details the week before and I pulled into the dealership and saw the car, then they took me right into the Finance Office to sign the paperwork that was already for me to sign , then Lee (my salesman) took me right out to go over the car and teach me how everything worked. I didn't have to wait at all, the whole process was 1 hour total, from pulling into the parking lot to pulling out of the parking lot in my new Range Rover. As for my salesman, Lee was the best salesman I have ever experienced, he kept in contact with me on a regular basis and answered all of my questions and concerns. Lee had a lot of knowledge about the Range Rover product and spoke very well about everything. I promise that don't matter where I live I will be calling on Lee for my next Range Rover when it is time. I live about 90 miles from the dealership and it was worth the drive to buy from Lee!

I have purchased many cars, new and used, over the years and I say the purchase of a used 2013 Audi S5 and selling of my 2012 Ford Focus was the least painful (in fact painless/even enjoyable) car experience I've had (we arrived 1 hour before closing). Andre Jennings was our salesperson but he didn't sell, he helped. The two Porters in the garage beamed as they delivered the Audi and were helpful in every stage including running (not walking) to back up the Audi as I unloaded the sold Ford so I wouldn't have to walk far. And Kissy, their Finance Manager, was amazing and personable. This Audi is clean, no scratches dings -- looks brand new and the price was great; my wife and I are sold on this dealership. Excellent job The Autobarn City Volkswagen of Chicago!
Everyone @ BMW Bridgeport showed patience, knowledge and expertise. Having owned BMW's for over 15 years I will always by the brand only at BMW of Bridgeport. Vinny not only listened to my needs/wants, delivered exactly what I expected without pressuring me for more upgrades and did not hassle me to make a decision. He went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable with the purchase. When I picked up the vehicle someone (I'm embarassed to have forgotten his name) spent close to an hour reviewing the enhancements to the 2018 3 series. Ensuring I felt confident driving the vehicle home, taking time to to hooking up my blue tooth and loading my radio stations. There were quite a few differences between my current 3 Series and new one. He was very patient with my technical limitations and made all the changes seamless. Victoria from the Business Office was personable and made the transaction easy; ensuring that all the Financials were easily understood. My decision to start the sales process with BMW of Bridgeport came through my 10 year always positive relationship with my Service Specialist Bernard. I have been able to trust in his knowledge and judgements about the service of my previous vehicle for 10 years and I know nothing about cars or technology. Basically buying a vehicle at BMW of Bridgeport is seeing a "family" @ work. The process involved a lot of different people,they all showed trust in each others strengths to give me the "ultimate BMW experience". Thank you all!
My purchase couldn't have been easier... I spoke with Daniel over the phone made an appointment while still waiting on my credit union he made sure the car was mine and knew everything I needed to know. I came back on the following couple days while he was off and Bryan provided great service and made sure to pick up where Daniel left off no hassle no pressure just a simple purchase!
We came in for routine maintenance and it turned out we needed a level 4 servicing (about a 10 hour job) but our appointment was at 3 pm so there was no way they were going to be able to finish before 7. They told me they would get as much finished as possible and then we could schedule an appointment for the rest at a later date. When doing the servicing they found that a couple of our tires were extremely bald. I had already known that and was planning to replace them but I appreciated them pointing it out. They also diagnosed a squeaking problem and filed a claim with warrantee (since it was a CPO car) for me! When I showed up to pick up my car the service representative was drenched in sweat. He told me that the detailing crew had left early so he personally washed and detailed my car himself! Everyone there is super friendly and unbelievably helpful!
Great people to work with. Initially spoke with Ayman then with Kirk the GM on the phone. Kirk was very responsive to the questions I asked.as I was hesitant to buy an Alpha Romeo. Extremely professional. He made me feel very comfortable. No stories or evasive answers to all my questions regarding Alpha Romeo. Then I worked with Ayman initially on the purchase. He is fantastic, professional and has an amazing amount of patience. This was all on the phone, asked him a ton of questions and got the answers I needed. He never once pushed me into buying a car. After 3 days of talking I bought a Stelvio TI Sport over the phone. I wanted to take delivery immediately but some issues on financing as I put the car in my wife's name. She was out of town and I wanted to drive the car to her. However between Ayman and Ben in financing they made it happen even though the wife was not there. Wow now that's incredible. Bought many cars over the last 30 years and never had a dealership that is so responsive and accomodating in a customers needs, or totally willing to make sure if possible to do everything possible to make you feel that you are the most important person and not just another "customer" Ayman thank you so much for making this suck a positive experience. Kirk you have an incredible team. Other dealerships need to lean how to treat and respect prospective customers. I had a small issue with the car on the Saturday and was 150 miles away. Sent Ayman a txt within 30 minutes he called me back and minor problem solved. So have you ever had a sales person after they have sold you a car respond so quickly. Went back on the Monday so wife could sign the paperwork. Again the team were great. including Adam and the service guy Jorge who both helped explain to the wife all her questions. It was late and they were technically closed but we never felt rushed or like they had to leave. Ayman you were fantastic thank you for making this such a pleasant experience. I did try to work with 2 other dealerships in Dallas and McKinney my advice DONT they have no clue how to treat a customer. If you are looking or considering buying an Alpha or Maserati go to Essence you will not be disappointed. . Initially i spoke with him on the phone asked dozens of questions as i was hesitant to buy an Alpha
Thanks to Cody Miller for making our used car sale an extraordinary experience for my 17 year old son and me!! We simply stopped in to look at a used Chevy Malibu for sale. While we waited, we looked around the showroom of amazingly exquisite Alfa Romeo's and Maserati's! Of course my son was awestruck...until Cody blew him away by letting him sit in the cars and actually started the cars up for him to hear. The Chevy we came in to buy was in excellent shape and we bought it immediately. As we waited for the car to be inspected and detailed (which is usually the boring and drawn out part of buying a car) Cody offered to take my 17 year old son for a ride.. in an Alfa Romeo C4!! Well, that made his day.. no, his week.. who am I kidding, his decade!! He is STILL talking about how cool Cody is and he absolutely LOVES his new 2014 Chevy Malibu.. especially since it has an Alfa Romeo/Maserati license plate holder. lol It really is the little things that make the biggest difference! I have now bought 4 cars from Highline and have had the best experience ever. May 2017, I bought a 1999 red Porsche 911 (996) from Highline. I never thought I would own a Porsche so it was a dream come true. Then in December 2017, I bought a BMW X1 for my daughter. Another excellent purchase. About three months ago, I traded in my 2011 Jeep Wrangler (that I loved) for a Porsche Panamera 4. I love that car and can???t wait until I can drive it in the snow. Having said all of this, I still was in the market for a 911 convertible with AWD (my real dream car). Well I bought one (and traded in my red 911 and got a fair deal) from Highline. I now have the car of my dreams and it is awesome! James, Charlie, Chad, Tony, and Mike have just been great! These guys also service my cars. I went to Porsche dealership for service and they did a great job but they also had dealership prices. The sales and service are both remarkable and I will only deal with these gentlemen from now on. Honestly these guys have great used cars with excellent prices and service. If you have a problem, speak directly with them and they are more than happy to help straighten out any issue. I highly recommend them and will buy from these guys only. They are my car guys!!! Thanks team Highline!

So my wife and I decided our 18-year old BMW wagon was ready to be passed down and we had to replace it. Then our Small SUV broke down and we had to look at another car at the same time. We were looking to buy/lease two new cars. We were hoping for a BOGO, but couldn't find one. A friend recommended we speak with Craig Rusin. We went to BMW because our prior experience was 18-years great. When I arrived I asked for Craig and, lo and behold, I was talking with him. I explained I wanted to replace my SUV and possibly my wagon. He asked a few questions and we agreed to look at the X5 and the X3. Within 10 minutes we were in a parking lot test driving the X3. Craig's product knowledge made me feel like I was at The Phoenix Car Show which I attend each November. He explained the "Hold" feature and the benefit in traffic. Craig sat in the back seat and asked if he looked cramped. When I said "No," he replied, "and I am six-four!" I test drove the car on roads I drive every day so I could compare with my current cars. He sat quietly while I assessed the cabin's sounds and road noise (Virtually NONE). Craig had tremendous knowledge of the specifications (recommended tire pressure, the difference between SPORT mode and ECO-Pro mode gear ratios, and back seat size compared to the competition) and he never mentioned "Cup Holder" once - Thank you. He also was able to describe the various packages and told me if I built my car online he would find it or help with the ordering process. I said I needed to have my wife see the car and drive, so Craig told me his schedule and did not rush me to pick her up. He knew I was in the market and he did not rush my family's car buying process! I told him I was aware it was the end of the month and I was aware of the special deals that may expire and he never brought it up again as a reason to buy now. After my wife's test drive (both the X3 and X5) we selected a different X3 configuration and closed the deal with a different package and features at 9:55 PM. Seriously, 31-minutes later; I checked the clock (10:26 PM) as I drove the new X3 off the lot. We're loving our new X3 and highly recommend Craig Rusin and the whole Chapman BMW On Camelback team. Two days later, Caleb Spurlin (BMW Genius) walked me through how to actually use the X3. Two weeks later he emailed me and invited me to come in and clear up any questions or learn some tips and tricks. We liked our experience with Craig and his team so much we did it again the next day.
