Once over 100K mi. Replace the Hybrid battery! This car os like the ones of old. Good for about 100K mi or 10 yrs. Then get rid of it.... inherent design flaws rear their ugly heads and start denying you of a paycheck! Hybrid battery failure, CVT failure, head gasket failure. Hybrid drive link failure and and and and!

2011 model at 155k miles, still drives like new. Getting average 49 mpg during warm months and 47 mpg during cold months. Never had any electrical or mechanical issues. Everything is still OEM parts including both traction and 12V batteries. Front brake pads still have about 1/2 of the original thickness. Synthetic oil every 10k miles and just following the regular recommended maintenance items like engine air filter, brake fluid, spark plugs, engine coolant and converter coolant. Soon will get a new set of tires for the 3rd time.

I had my oil changed and was in and out in 30 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. My customer rep, Brandon was very polite and helpful.

Bought brand new in October, 2012 and have 110,500 miles on it. Other than tire rotations and oil and filter changes, practically a maintenance-free car. Only maintenance has been replacing the starter battery (less than $300) after nine years and I have replaced either the front or rear shocks, can’t remember which. Brakes have never been touched and are still 50% and 60% good. Yeah, I get the new car itch occasionally but I remind myself that I likely wouldn’t be as fortunate with the next vehicle. Since I purchased it, I have averaged 43.3 mpg. Phenomenal given that I live in Los Angeles. Since I retired five years ago, each July I drive from CA to MI, and have driven as many as 1,200 miles a day (17 1/2 hours in the road) and found the seats to be very comfortable.

This is our 2nd purchase from Lexus of Birmingham and multiple Toyota purchases prior to those all different regions / states and cannot say enough good things about Lexus of Birmingham, by far the smoothest, easiest, most stress free car buying experience. I have a first year 2011 with 76,000 miles still mint condition. I purchased it for a daily driver and someone had left it in a garage for 8 years. Here is my take, stylish vs a Prius, comfortable beyond compare. Seats are comfortable for long drives. The interior is nice just not as nice as top luxury interiors but still luxury for a commuter car. The power is minimal but the handling and steering is amazing for such an eco friendly car. The storage isn’t the most but it does provide lay down seats allowing a hatchback cavity to put things. Gas mileage is 46.2 mp and cruises at 75mph smooth and efficiently. I can’t imagine selling this car. I’ll drive to 300,000+ As a daily driver and be happy the whole time. I have a new Cadillac CT6 and frankly I like this better. Reliable is also the key, no known issues for these models. That’s rare and you couple that with good styling, fuel efficient, comfortable yet still maintains a sporty feel despite its Prius drive train you have a winner. Best used daily driver someone can pick up for a reasonable amount of money. The Prius has more room better mileage but it lacks style, refinement, driving performance n feel. This has that and it’s a Lexus which doesn’t feel so Prius like when others are judging you in traffic lol.

I had this car for the 4 months now. The acceleration is amazing on Sport Mode. It becomes a sports car, not a Prius. I caught up easily to a Tesla Model 3 on the freeway. The gas engine and the electric engine team up and creates a lot of torque when you are full throttle. The overall design of the 2015 Lexus CT200h is truly a timeless design. Very aerodynamic, aggressive and yet a classy design. Today's Hyundai and Kia car designs looks like they are trying too hard, and it comes across cheap and doesn't look good. The Lexus team did a great job for the 2015 Lexus CT 200h- "CT" stands for Creative Touring. Sporty and Luxury!

I wanted a used small car that was reasonable priced with under 70,000 miles. I found this small hatch back hybrid in excellent condition. The interior is very sport and I love the hatchback to get packages in and out of the car easily. It will be very economical for commuting to work.

Bought a 2012 CT200h for my wife as a commuter ~8yrs ago and without a doubt this has been the best car purchase I've ever made. 40+MPG and practically zero maintenance costs aside from tires and oil changes and a 12v battery (at ~130k). In fact, I just replaced all fluids, breaks and spark plugs for the first time at ~100k miles. Brakes at ~100k?! Unreal. If you learn to use the regenerative braking it truly saves the pads/rotors. Love the looks of this little car too. As a commuter this is hands down one of the best out there. Lexus/Toyota's hybrid system knocked this one out of the part.

Bought a New car from Lexus of COLORADO SPRINGS and had the new Lux Ceramic coating put on car looks beautiful, they came and picked it up gave me a loaner and I left it for a day went in to get it today very nice. Thanks Again

Its much smoother riding and quieter than the 2013 model wider back-view area. Unfotunately, they are not making this model anymore.

I never thought i would own a hybrid. I have 6 other cars, most of which I dont put a lot of miles on. I put miles on the ct200 like crazy. It runs like a top and reliable as a light switch. It just turns on and runs. I get it serviced at Toyota (as its mechanicals are all Toyota) and it saves me from paying the premium service charges at Lexus. Highly recommend!!! Love this little car (and i truly get 43 MPG consistently)

Hector helped us on getting a truck from my wife, he was really helpful, probably the only issue was waiting, but besides that it was a great experience.

Seats are really comfortable, the mid tier "premium" sound system is excellent. Lots of flat around corners fun. 40mpg dead simple to achieve. Rear seats fit 6'tall person comfortably (knees and shoulder) with front seats all the way back.

The CT200h has everything I value most in an every day car...fuel economy, safety, great, nimble handling, comfort, utility, quality (nobody tops Lexus IMO), and to this adds the intangible value of great design. It is the best-looking hatchback on the market, IMO. I turn back to look at my CT when walking away from it, just because it's so handsome. I love this car, and will be driving it happily for years to come.

All I can say is GREAT things for this company and Andy Rosales as a salesman. I came here looking for a low mileage nice Golf. I didn’t have an appointment but Andy Rosales came out right away and came across as an acquaintance/friend rather than a salesman right off the bat, and didn’t try to push a sale on me at all. Just asked if I wanted to look and test drive some. I test drove 4 cars, and Andy was super nice about letting me test drive all the vehicles I wanted to look at. they had 3 options on site and another at another location here in the springs. I just came to test drive the first day and was planning on going home and sleeping on it. And they had no problem with that and just provided a phone number to reach out. No pushy salesman tactics you see at most auto dealers, by the salesman, manager, or financing manager. I came back the next morning to talk numbers. I did my research on the vehicle and they were very transparent with me throughout the whole process. Like any dealership, negotiation skills are helpful, but I truly believe based off my experience that this dealership is truly not out to scam you. I got the EXACT car I wanted, for a veryyy competitive price. I am 100% coming back here as far as I’m concerned.

This is the second CT200H I've had. Great Car. my one one had over 120k and only had replaced the front breaks. Very cheap to run. Looking forward to my 2nd one.

Initially, I was looking for a SUV when I stumbled on this little gem on the used car lot. I test drove it and was hooked. It is averaging 50 mpg in the eco mode and about 40 in the sport mode. It handles great. Reliable and comfortable. I can haul a few items, although it is a compact. Love that seats fold down. Maintenance is minimal. I have 145,000 miles and have driven it for the last 35,000. Even with potential expense of battery down the line, it is well worth it and very economical to drive.

Not the fastest car, but not the slowest either. The seats are super comfortable and supportive. Plenty of room for my 6'2" frame. Not much room in the back with tall people in front, but we're empty nesters, so that wasn't a concern.

I went to my local Dodge dealer near Santa Monica, and apparently they were too busy to help. Talking to them, they didn’t seem capable of doing anything other than changing the oil on cars, or selling them way over MSRP. I have been putting off getting my car serviced for a while as I had been dreading the car dealer service ‘experience.’ I need not have worried. I was met at the Ellis service entrance at the time of my appointment by Jerry the manager. It was a great welcome and he was super helpful and positive. He made had sure I knew exactly where to go. I then proceeded to the service desk where I was met by Eder. We d discussed a few things that my car needed and did the paperwork. The service really was amazing and really fast. A few hours later Eder called me and went through the specific list of things that needed doing. He managed to get most of it covered by the warranty, and gave me the choice of what was and what was not essential of the remaining items. He gave me a fair set of options and prices. It was also great to find out that Eder is really knowledgeable, it like I was speaking directly to the mechanic. Throughout the process, the communication by text and phone was really fast and impressive. I seriously wish my local dealer was as good as the guys at Ellis. Fortunately, I am happy to travel to the other side of town to have these guys look after my car. The level of service and the quality of work was exceptional. I love this car. It was my first hybrid and I never want to own anything else unless it’s electric. This car was fun to drive yet economic. It has great features! It has plenty of room but yet compact. It has a sport drive feature for more power when you need it and you see as you drive how much you’re saving. Best looking hybrid I found.
