We are a Lexus family because the cars are graceful and reliable. We will never drive anything else. We have a 2006 Rx 330 with 300,000 miles and it’s still going strong. Never a problem…just the usual-brakes, tires and oil changes, batteries. I drive a 2011 ES 350 sedan that I bought used. 2 years old. Now has 110,000 miles. Still shiny and fresh looking. So nice to have a dependable vehicle. I think my drivers side seat is a little broken down and I am not a heavy person. I use a special cushion for comfort. I realize newer cars have more bells and whistles..but what’s the point of trading a great car for a bigger cup holder? We are older. When we are ready to go down to one car we will trade them both for another Lexus!!!!! Best car on the road! My son has been a top rated auto mechanic for 26 years-not American made-and he concurs. Love our cars!

I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021. It had 18K miles on it and was Lexus Certified. It now has 30K miles on it and has been a good car for me. I love this car and would buy it all over again. It is a smooth running car and has been reliable. It is a comfortable car with great looks. The only downside is the "unusual" user interface center console control. This model year did not have a touch screen. I have adapted to the big square button used to manipulate the display screen and it's not so bad. Other than that, no complaints so far. I hope Lexus continues to offer the ES350 in the future. It is a classy, reliable car that I intend on keeping for quite some time.

Jen is an excellent consultant and the mechanic takes their time to explain what?s going on with your car to you. They also include a video of your car in the shop and what they found which I find to be extremely helpful.

The ES350 Ultra Luxury model is worth the extra cost. Love the beige color, and the caramel color leather interior. The luxury styling and materials are wonderful --leather seats, steering wheel, and shifter; wood trim, extra large touch screen, super sound system. Safety features abound. Love the heads-up display. The seats are super comfortable, appreciate that they are cooled as well as heated--comfort in all seasons. The designers of this car considered every detail. This beauty runs on regular gas, no need to pay extra for premium fuel.

The only negative thing I can say about this car is that it lacks sportiness in both driving feel and appearance. but other than that, it is simply fantastic. Super reliable, low maintenance costs and drives very well. You simply can't go wrong with an ES350 (or it's lesser cousin, the Toyota Avalon). They last forever!

Lexus is my favorite car brand. I've owned several over 25 years. I've never needed major service so maintenance costs are very low. The interior is extremely comfortable with many great interactive features.

I love this car 2015 Lexus ES 350, its probably the best car I have owned thus far. I purchased the car used with 77,000 miles on it. The smooth ride and sexy interior & exterior gives you the feel of luxury. The powerful 3.5 L engine gives you just enough power you will need for city & highway. Surprising its not bad on the gas and mine has given me 25-27miles city when I used the eco mode. I had 3 Lexuses so far. A 1993 Lexus ES 300 that ran like a beast and could hang with alot of the newer cars with ease. I just retired her 10/2021. I had a 2000 Lexus ES 300 with 350,000 miles on it and it ran very smoothly and could hang with the newer cars also. So if you like a luxury car with a smooth ride at any speed, reliable, dependable, and makes you look sexy, get the Lexus you won't regret it. Bruce D.

Purchased 2010 ES350 with 65000 miles 4 years ago. I did my research in advance and now fully agree with the “bulletproof” qualities often used by owners who describe this vehicle. I have adhered to factory-schedule maintenance, however, not performed by a Lexus dealer. Rather, an ASE-certified shop who know Lexus/Toyotas. I now have 125k on the clock and have spent about $1,200 in non-maintenance repairs. Specifically, oxygen sensors et.al. 31 MPG highway, 25 around town. Drives like my wife’s much newer MB sedan without the anxiety of potential repair costs.

Everyone should know that the owners are wonderful people honest and sincere. They went above an beyond for me the really want to work with customers if you want to buy a vehicle please stop in and see them. The customer service experience I had with the Sales Department was exceptional, and wonderful!! My car salesman, Juan and the Finance Manager, Fernanda were wonderful and went out of their way to make the deal happen for me! I will forever be grateful and thankful for their services and support they provided me during a very difficult time in my life. Long story short, I purchased a Land Rover from another dealer over 3 years ago and the car’s break system completely collapsed on me recently in September 2023; and the car became un-drivable; which also meant the car would be un-sellable unless I got the problem fix which was going to be over $12,000. I definitely was not going to pay that repair cost and my extended warranty expired last December. I went to Land Rover Boston and Juan from the very first day to the end was very helpful, patient, and resourceful. He had patience with me and was very empathetic and sympathetic to my specific situation. One of the things I appreciated the most is the fact that he wasn’t to eager to sell me a car and make a commission. He didn’t care about his commission and his focus was getting me into a new safe car that wouldn’t cost me an arm and a leg and one that I would love; and oh boy did he deliver on this! This is a rare characteristic to find in a sales person and I am so happy he greeted me when I first went to the dealership. I first talked to Juan in August 2023 and went back in December 2023 to make the purchase because I was on the fence and wasn’t sure if I was going to do a trade yet. Juan got approval and the dealership paid off my loan for my old car!! I was so happy and grateful because I did not want to carry that negative equity to my new car loan because the monthly payments would be sky high. The Finance Manager, Fernanda, worked diligently and got me approved by a bank, a bank I financed from previously, and lowered the MSRP for my new car so that the loan would get approved. She also cut $1,500 from the extended warranty package so that the bank would finance the warranty with the car loan. Somehow, she also managed to get the bank to lower my interest rate between 5-7%!!I have brought cars before from different dealerships but I have never had this kind of excellent customer service before. I have recommended them to my friends and family. I am so happy with my purchase and I am now a customer for life! I will definitely go back when I’m ready for another car! Thank you so much Juan and Fernanda, you guys are my guardian angels sent from above 💕 if you’re on the market for a new vehicle, give them a call, you won’t regret it. Other than the power locks going out too fast, which is not cheap to repair, especially as often as they go out, this car is a dream to drive, as well as own. Repairs are few, as I got it in 2016 with just under 90k. Here it is in Sept of 2024, and I have another thousand and it will be 300k, with again, very little maintenance to speak of. I will be buying Lexus from here on out.

this is my 4th es350,,,good comfortable car but they don't change .have a 2020 ,,looking at 2023 it's the same car execpt for the touch screen,,,same wheels ,,,colors ,,,interior choices arn't the best ,,,,at least change wheels and different color choices

I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.
