I had a GREAT experience with Penny and Radley Cadillac in Fredericksburg, Va. Penny had helped me look at another vehicle earlier in my car buying process and I was ecstatic when the car I ended up buying was at Radley. Penny made my car buying experience very comfortable. Not once did Penny or Radley Cadillac make me feel pressured or uncomfortable during my buying experience. They really acted like a friend lending support. I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

I have owned it for barely two months and I'm so in love with virtually everything both the exquisite interior and the bougous exterior linings, it's a great car and its worth every penny. I will highly recommend it for anyone wanting a classic and comfort laced car for a change.

After owning this vehicle for 3 years I have not had any major issues aside for oil changes and preventative maintenance. Everything about owning this car has been a great experience!!

Nothing short of exceptional! Great vehicle for cruising, commuting, or a family road trip. Lexus in my opinion is the best car out there. Me personally would not by anything else. Period!

Other than the power locks going out too fast, which is not cheap to repair, especially as often as they go out, this car is a dream to drive, as well as own. Repairs are few, as I got it in 2016 with just under 90k. Here it is in Sept of 2024, and I have another thousand and it will be 300k, with again, very little maintenance to speak of. I will be buying Lexus from here on out.

I had a great experience at Car City. I received my tax return money and I have been waiting to buy a car with it. I received it the other day and first went to a big dealership. They were not very friendly, that’s all I will say. So I left and went to Car City because of all the great reviews and their selection of cars. I was greeted at the door by Doc and he really gave me the red carpet treatment. Sounds funny to write, but that’s how I felt. Car City did not care about my credit. They were willing to help me no matter what my situation was. Doc found me a Charger that they just got in and was not even online yet. I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021. It had 18K miles on it and was Lexus Certified. It now has 30K miles on it and has been a good car for me. I love this car and would buy it all over again. It is a smooth running car and has been reliable. It is a comfortable car with great looks. The only downside is the "unusual" user interface center console control. This model year did not have a touch screen. I have adapted to the big square button used to manipulate the display screen and it's not so bad. Other than that, no complaints so far. I hope Lexus continues to offer the ES350 in the future. It is a classy, reliable car that I intend on keeping for quite some time.

What an amazing car, I bought mine with 105,000 miles and have put nearly 3,000 miles on it in just about one month. It rides and drives like a dream! The styling has definitely held up well, it doesn't look dated or strange for a 15 year old car. In fact I get compliments on mine all the time! The fit and finish are Lexus top notch and I am averaging 28 mpg in city and highway mixed driving! The V-6 is fast and silky smooth. I look forward to driving her every day! I think the only negative is that the technology is from 2009 so don't expect much but it was top of the line back then so it was good for it's day. The premium stereo (not Mark Levinson) is awesome, and the seats are ultra comfy too. I hope to hit 300k miles with my ES350!!! Best car I've ever owned!

Stopped at the dealership to look at an expedition. The owner was upfront with the issues the expedition had and told us everything he knew about the vehicle including what his mechanic told him. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for great prices and honesty.

We are a Lexus family because the cars are graceful and reliable. We will never drive anything else. We have a 2006 Rx 330 with 300,000 miles and it’s still going strong. Never a problem…just the usual-brakes, tires and oil changes, batteries. I drive a 2011 ES 350 sedan that I bought used. 2 years old. Now has 110,000 miles. Still shiny and fresh looking. So nice to have a dependable vehicle. I think my drivers side seat is a little broken down and I am not a heavy person. I use a special cushion for comfort. I realize newer cars have more bells and whistles..but what’s the point of trading a great car for a bigger cup holder? We are older. When we are ready to go down to one car we will trade them both for another Lexus!!!!! Best car on the road! My son has been a top rated auto mechanic for 26 years-not American made-and he concurs. Love our cars!

I had a great experience with Laurie Page. It started when I found a car I was interested in buying for my son on CarGurus. I called the Automan Empire dealership that had the car and talked to Laurie. From that point on, Laurie took care of all my needs. This ranged from overseeing the downpayment, getting the car ready of delivery, contacting me to deliver the car to my son and taking care of all the DMV paperwork. AlI we had to do was pick up the tags. Laurie stayed in contact with me using text to keep me updated on all of the activities that needed to take place with the car prior to pick-up. I was very pleased with Laurie, the service and would recommend the Automan Empire for any used car purchases.

The only negative thing I can say about this car is that it lacks sportiness in both driving feel and appearance. but other than that, it is simply fantastic. Super reliable, low maintenance costs and drives very well. You simply can't go wrong with an ES350 (or it's lesser cousin, the Toyota Avalon). They last forever!

I owned a 2017 RC F Sport, my first Lexus and totally love the Lexus brand. I’m a big guy and just didn’t have the room I wanted 😥. I did my research and decided I wanted the 2019-2020 ES 350. I really wanted to buy from a local Lexus dealer, there were 2 near me. Their web site has an option to let you know what your trade is worth. I was satisfied with what they quoted me for my trade, when I got to the dealership they offered me $6000 LESS for my RC F Sport on the trade in. They spent 10 minutes telling me what was wrong with my trade. My RC was as close to perfect as there is. They insulted my intelligence- I will NEVER go to a Lexus dealership in this area again. I bought my RC from a Lexus dealer 200 miles from where I live- they treated me like a CUSTOMER! I ended up buying a 2019 ES 350 from a NON LEXUS DEALER. They wanted my business and gave me a good deal for both of us. I love my ES 350 and both of my Lexus vehicles - BUT I will NEVER buy from the dealer that treated me with their bait and switch insulting attitude!

The Lexus ES is one of the most reliable cars ever built. They drive like a dream and of course come with all the bells and whistles. I have owned and still own other luxury vehicles, but continue to circle back to Lexus for the whole package. The latest is a used model for my 80 year old mom. I feel I don’t ever have to worry about problems with this car so it was the obvious choice. I have personally owned two (one used and one new) and my brother and sister have them as well. Just all around great cars.

Excellent facility that is very well maintained. Sales staff - Tim and Sebastian are everything you could ask for - lots of information and attentiveness. Sales manager - Tyler - great to work with - fair and professional. Service department is also very good.

In my opinion, the 2020 Lexus ES is the best midsize sedan on the market. Featuring a 3.5L Naturally aspirated V6 making 302 HP and 267 (not 266) pounds feet of torque, it’s 195 inches long with a wheel base of 113 inches which makes this drive like a boat, it drives a lot like its bigger brother, the LS—luxurious and composed— but that’s more of a yacht compare to ES. Firstly I’m going to highlight my experience with the car daily driving it. I absolutely love this car, on start up while the engine is cold it is a bit jerky, I’m referring to the Asian 8 speed tranny, it doesn’t like cold fluids what so ever, the engine is loud as it use direct injection instead of the port injection (D4s) while cold. But after it warms up it’s like floating on a cloud, even over bostons worst roads, wind noise is minimal, road noise is non existence and the ambiance of the cabin is amazing, I love driving it, dry smooth, I doesn’t hunt for gears as much as people say but it does jerk at times at low speeds especially if your coming to a stop and you let on the gas instead of hitting zero, it shocks the car and the tranny jerks you into 2nd, turns are very bubbly you feel like your on a bouncy castle, I also need to highlight the personality of ES, 302 HP.. this ain’t no itty bitty 4 banger, ain’t no civic, this is an ES, its own world, it’s fast.. it has no forced induction so from a roll yes you are slow but highway speeds? Man the linear power delivery, it’s so smooth and fast, I can go 120 no problem, I love it so much, but that’s not what the cars about.. but I can be.. it has its limits. The FWD system is fine, 0 torque steer.. I mean there’s a bit but it only becomes prominent if you don’t know how to drive lol, the unibody construction is very planted and structurally intact. It can take an emergency panic steer at 45 MPH easy & hard breaking is done like a champ. The triple beam head lights are amazing the way they follow the direction of the wheel at night. I don’t really have any complaints about ES, besides that jerky tranny but it’s only on cold starts and only when you don’t know how to drive it. The safety systems are lovely, I really like the Lexus touch pad, I love seeing my screen on a sunny day finger print free!! Makes it look elegant, never been a touch screen fan to begin with, I just don’t like how Lexus stops you from being able to interact with the touch pad while the car is in motion but it’s a safety feature. It’s not a perfect car but xxxx is it a great one.. I had Lexus’ my whole life so maybe I’m biased.. I encourage reads to look up the downs sides.. you’ll see people always say the tranny is jerky.. nothing else beside that. And the maintenance? Can’t beat 90$ at the DEALERSHIP I love it, it’s cheap to run and oh it takes regular!! Huge win!! People turn heads when in drive in.. because I have THE Lexus ES, guys skip the base get the triple beams and it elevates your car, the ultra luxury package is amazing, I have every available option you could of speced back in 2020, it’s just such a nice car I love it!!! Please guys buy an ES if you want a smooth reliable comfortable sedan, if you wanna go go go, or something cheaper get a BMW. Or a Honda.

This car is in excellent shape, has low mileage and is great to drive. I wouldn't hesitate to sell it to a family member or friend because i know they'll love this car! It uses regular gasoline and gets 31 MPG on the highway.
