I had a simple issue that needed to be looked at, and I made an appointment a week out so that it could be done quickly. They did not touch my car that day, and needed to keep it an additional day. Needless to say that was not ideal. Amber was very helpful, and the work was done well. The issue was just upsetting that you make an appointment and drop off a car that morning and they don’t touch it all day. What was the point of making an appointment?

BEST SUV EVER OWNED!
Very comfortable ride and seats, reliable, and great visibility. Love the Mark Levinson sound system, it is excellent! We bought it 10 months ago with 53,000 miles on it and still looks and drives like brand new. I love how whisper quiet it is, no road noise, and there is not a squeak or rattle anywhere in the vehicle. Lexus is definitely in a class of it's own. It is so easy to keep it showroom clean, which makes it still look brand new. When seeing it, no one believes it is 9yrs old.

2015 Lexus GX 460 Base review
Best car I've ever owned.
Purchased new in 2015. Overhauled the brakes at 72,216 miles. Replaced the battery 2 months ago at 91,501 miles (it never failed) replaced on the advice of my Toyota service tech. Nothing else but oil/filter changes (only mobil one used in the vehicle). Now has 93,887 miles on it and it is still quiet enough to have a normal conversation going down the interstate at 70MPH. Very comfortable to drive. Have considered trading for a new one, but I think I'm going to keep it and just see how far I can go with it. Yes, I'm familiar with the Law of Diminishing returns.
