My experience at Bell Lexus has been incredible! I just bought my first Lexus after trading my 4Runner. I walked in to see if anyone had traded a 4Runner, Highlander or Rav4 thinking I could not afford a luxury Lexus. Greco Barbaro opened my eyes to a wonderful opportunity to own a Lexus that I could afford (I did not want to finance)! He was absolutely wonderful!
There was no pressure. There was no upselling or trying to convince me to buy new or something beyond my ability to pay cash…which had been recommended at a couple other local dealerships.
I'm from a relatively small southern Indiana town. Our local Kenny Kent Toyota Lexus dealer is family owned and my family has bought many cars from them. They are trustworthy and go the extra mile. I faxed the Carfax to my Dad who then spoke with Steve Vandeveer, their Lexus specialist, who said it was a great deal.
Greco and his manager Will Baietto met my negotiation requests : ) and so I bought a beautiful Lexus! Richard von Braun also helped in the process and shared insight. Cheryl Hagen made the process of actually buying the car very easy! Norm was incredibly friendly, and gave me some good advice as well, at a time when I was getting some questions answered.
And now Doug Burton, the service consultant helping me, has been an absolute joy to work with! He called me to get things scheduled (I didn't have to call, he did so proactively). He also provided needed direction with some of the technical aspects of my car.
