My experience at Bell Lexus has been incredible! I just bought my first Lexus after trading my 4Runner. I walked in to see if anyone had traded a 4Runner, Highlander or Rav4 thinking I could not afford a luxury Lexus. There was no pressure. There was no upselling or trying to convince me to buy new or something beyond my ability to pay cash…which had been recommended at a couple other local dealerships.

This dealership is amazing !!! Just bought my 3rd used car there in 22 months from Robert James. Robert is an amazing salesman, I just need to stop looking at their website. LOL Mark, the General Manager, also has gone above and beyond to make the deal work for me to purchase what I want. James, the Service Manager also amazing and I always take my vehicle there for service even though I did not purchase a Lexus. I feel the service staff is very good at what they do and I never feel they are trying to sell me anything than what is needed. You want a wonderful experience from beginning to end, go to Lexus of Chandler, you will not be disappointed.

I scheduled my service on line to replace a rear passenger seat latch. I showed up at my schedule time - 7:30 am and was greeted promptly, taken directly to my service advisor - Michael DeLillo.
After being asked if I need a loaner, 5 minutes later I was in my loaner vehicle.
I was notified by Michael that afternoon that a part needed to ordered but that my vehicle would be ready the following day.
As promised, I received the call that my vehicle was ready, I arrived at 5:00, dropped off the loaner and 15 minutes later I was on the road with my repair completed. Fast, courteous, efficient service as usual.
