I arrived to the dealership on my first day shopping and they made it super easy for me to make a decision on that very same day. I told my sales person Denzil exactly what I was looking for and he was able to make it happen for me. I got the exact color and all the features I wanted for a really good price and they were also flexible with me on the down payment. I will refer anyone I know interested in a car because I know they'll be genuine and straight forward with there customers, plus everyone there was super nice. It's all about your salesman... I had a great salesman no pressure very patient and as a result I ended up buying a car... My experience was very pleasurable and and the car I got was in perfect conditions. Very satisfied.... Highly recommend the dealership just make sure you get a good salesman.

This car is my third Lexus NX, so it's obvious I love the NX's. This car shifts easily, highway noise is minimal depending on the road surfacing, workmanship is perfect and the salesman was super in finding the right car for me with the options I wanted. Lexus cars and dealerships are the best; p.s. my husband has an RX.

I can't thank everyone at Hollywood Chrysler Jeep. They've been pretty incredible since I purchased my minivan three years ago up until today. I get my car serviced there all the time! Every three months like clockwork the express lanes take care of my oil change (within 20 min!!!), and when needed (only once) the service dept. right next door is wonderful and helps you with anything your car needs right away. I must say, it does pay off to be an early bird. I love being there before opening time (7 AM) and get everything done right away.

There’s a few things about this car that I don’t like first I wish I would’ve had the option for a six-cylinder. The car is a little too noisy. I wish they would do away with that car stop at a light or stop saying. Third, I wish they would seal the door a little better at the bottom. All sorts of debris gets in on all doors. Other than that the car is OK. and I’m still waiting for my extra key fob.

I have purchased many cars over the years and each and every time I found the experience to be tedious and grueling. Today I’m so happy to be able to tell you that my current experience at Rick Case Volkswagen to say the least was more than a pleasure. Why? It was all because of my sales person Kevin. He was knowledgeable patient and friendly with me. In other words I found him to be a true professional. Good service My only concern is that my IS300 came with a net in the trunk but no kit to hang in the trunk. I called parts and they said that the kit was not available and I had to purchase a new net with the kit, which doesn't make sense.

Found a great deal on an Infiniti G37 but wanted my wife to check it out first. When we went the next day it was gone! While there, however, I learned about their terrific warranty plans so when when we saw the car I really wanted - a Jaguar XK - I didn't hesitate, knowing their warranty would ease any concerns I might have about this expensive-to-repair car. Again, when I went to this same location it had disappeared from their website! A helpful saleswoman told me one of their managers was driving it but it was mine if I wanted it - and I did!
