downsized from previous generation RX350 to NX350h. little smaller but performance is in par with the V6 but double the MPG. Safety system is definitely improved and 14 inch screen is plenty large and easy to use. wireless Android/CarPlay works seamlessly. ride with 18 inch wheels and firm/soft suspension provides good long distance comfort. overall a solid value compared to GV70 and GLC300 we were cross-shopping.

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

Alex was a great service advisor. Highly recommend Lexus of Glendale. They have a clean waiting room with massage chairs, beverages, and sweet snacks. Great experience!

Tim is the best service manager at Lexus Santa Monica, he's funny, always happy and chipper, always eager to help in any and all ways. Tim hears me out, never disregards my comments and always makes sure my car is fixed smoothly and quickly.

What a great surprise to drive a Lexus loaner car, added and checked off my bucket list. ?and everyone at Lexus were professional and pleasant. I was reached out by Edgard against my query for a quote. From the get go he was super helpful and clear. He gave me a great deal and spent some 1.5 hour on the phone to go over all the numbers for the lease. Once I had all the numbers laid in front of me ( like MSRP, sale price, cap cost, adj cap cost, base rent, tax and final monthly premium) I knew I was getting a great deal. Next day I went in and he along with his manager assisted me with professionalism and I came out a happy customer. Will definitely recommend these guys.

Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had! AREZU (AZ) is truly amazing! I've been having a very difficult time finding a GX 460 in a specific trim and color locally in the SF Bay Area. I found the one I've been looking for, only issue it was at BH Lexus, 400 miles away...turns out, not an issue at all!! AZ went above and beyond to earn my business and make it very easy. I filled out the credit application online at noon, AZ had the car delivered to me in San Francisco at 7pm! Talk about service! Talk about going above and beyond.. I've been to most of the Lexus dealerships in the Bay Area and not one has come close to the level of professionalism and customer service I've received from Jim Falk Lexus Of Beverly Hills. Aleem drove up to deliver the car and flew back to Los Angeles! He was more than helpful and patient walking me through the paperwork and going over the features of the car. A true class act.
