downsized from previous generation RX350 to NX350h. little smaller but performance is in par with the V6 but double the MPG. Safety system is definitely improved and 14 inch screen is plenty large and easy to use. wireless Android/CarPlay works seamlessly. ride with 18 inch wheels and firm/soft suspension provides good long distance comfort. overall a solid value compared to GV70 and GLC300 we were cross-shopping.

Mitchell Ludwig, Sales was constantly updating the status of vehicle arrival as I had to wait for number of weeks from the first visit, the vehicle that I wanted to buy.

Drew Craig was my service advisor and I requested an oil change. He was able to get the oil change done and was extremely proactive at making sure the rest of the car was serviced accordingly. When the services were complete, the oil change was done, I had a new air filter and tires were rotated. Also, he was able to inform me that I will need new tires soon and provided a quote. I greatly appreciate his attention to detail and his commitment to ensuring that each customer is treated in the best way possible. I will definitely be returning for future services!

I had a technical deficiency in my backup camera showing a crooked view. Scott Joiner researched this issue and his technician reset the camera view to a setting that worked correctly. This saved me about $1,500 by avoiding parts replacement!

DRIVEN BENTLEYS 15 YEARS. 2015 GT 14,000 MI. WATER PUMP LEAKED AND FOUND DEFECTIVE. (SHOULD LAST 70-100,000 MI) PEGGY OBTAINED PAYMENT FOR THE DEFECTIVE PART FROM BENTLEY BUT NOT FOR THE INSTALLATION. I HAD TO PAY $2000. WROTE TO BENTLEY CEO WITH NO RESULT. I BELIEVE THAT A "QUALITY LUXURY" COMPANY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PARTS THEY INSTALL. THE MANUFACTURER OF THE DEFECTIVE PART AS WELL. i WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR THIS PRINCIPLE.
