downsized from previous generation RX350 to NX350h. little smaller but performance is in par with the V6 but double the MPG. Safety system is definitely improved and 14 inch screen is plenty large and easy to use. wireless Android/CarPlay works seamlessly. ride with 18 inch wheels and firm/soft suspension provides good long distance comfort. overall a solid value compared to GV70 and GLC300 we were cross-shopping.

Professional, relatable and enjoyable. No pressure environment. Good inventory. Sales staff and management staff are excellent. We worked with Alex Dumond and would go back to him for future car needs.

Lazarus was our sales professional. He made us feel like one of his neighbors who was buying a car. Unfortunately, we were repatriating back from overseas and did not have Georgia license, which was required for the registration of a new car, so we had to visit Georgia DMV for GA license. I would have given overall high marks but, for all cash transaction, the buying process was bit too cumbersome.
