downsized from previous generation RX350 to NX350h. little smaller but performance is in par with the V6 but double the MPG. Safety system is definitely improved and 14 inch screen is plenty large and easy to use. wireless Android/CarPlay works seamlessly. ride with 18 inch wheels and firm/soft suspension provides good long distance comfort. overall a solid value compared to GV70 and GLC300 we were cross-shopping.

When I was young I purchased two cars at Walker Berge in West LA and was lied to, and basically ripped off. I moved my business to Galpin and it’s no wonder why Berge is out of business now! In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

Raufel was patient to our numerous questions, friendly and most important professional. Made us feel welcome - although we were returning clients - gave us VIP service.

Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had! AREZU (AZ) is truly amazing! I've been having a very difficult time finding a GX 460 in a specific trim and color locally in the SF Bay Area. I found the one I've been looking for, only issue it was at BH Lexus, 400 miles away...turns out, not an issue at all!! AZ went above and beyond to earn my business and make it very easy. I filled out the credit application online at noon, AZ had the car delivered to me in San Francisco at 7pm! Talk about service! Talk about going above and beyond.. When it comes to my family and purchasing vehicles we used to dread going to a car dealership like a kid going to the dentist. We were always on the defense waiting to hear their exaggerations or just straight up lies, being told one price only to be slapped with a way higher price and worst of all aggressive pushing of the car when it wasn't a good fit. At Jim Falk Lexus my family and I experienced just the opposite. It was the smoothest, most relaxing experience I and my family had with a dealership in my entire life. Amir Mahdi was a joy to be around, upfront and honest from start to finish and driving away in my brand new SUV. Every person we encountered there was upfront, genuine and friendly throughout the whole process. It was so refreshing to not be on edge when at the dealership.
