downsized from previous generation RX350 to NX350h. little smaller but performance is in par with the V6 but double the MPG. Safety system is definitely improved and 14 inch screen is plenty large and easy to use. wireless Android/CarPlay works seamlessly. ride with 18 inch wheels and firm/soft suspension provides good long distance comfort. overall a solid value compared to GV70 and GLC300 we were cross-shopping.

Overall experience was positive with a 2 hour wait for assessment. The waiting area is great with wonderful and enjoyable refreshmentsd. I highly recommend the Lexus of Cerritos for car purchasing and servicing.

There’s a few things about this car that I don’t like first I wish I would’ve had the option for a six-cylinder. The car is a little too noisy. I wish they would do away with that car stop at a light or stop saying. Third, I wish they would seal the door a little better at the bottom. All sorts of debris gets in on all doors. Other than that the car is OK. and I’m still waiting for my extra key fob.

When I was young I purchased two cars at Walker Berge in West LA and was lied to, and basically ripped off. I moved my business to Galpin and it’s no wonder why Berge is out of business now! This is the best car dealership experience I’ve ever had the guys Bryan and Alexx really took their time and helped me with my financing when they were asking for a Social Security card and I didn’t bring it because my financer didn’t tell me to bring a Social Security card they help me out and they stay with me. They got me another deal with a better financier at 2% lower of a rate so I very much recommend this dealership they are Some of the most Integris and diligent people in the car industry I’ve ever worked with.

This car shifts easily, highway noise is minimal depending on the road surfacing, workmanship is perfect and the salesman was super in finding the right car for me with the options I wanted. In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!
