Excellent service. Raymond and Johnny were great. Raymond kept me well informed during the service. I spent four hours there due to a repair. I watched Johnny for most of that time while I was sitting ioutside. Inside was freezing. Johnny was amazing. He never stopped moving. He did various things—-answering questions, driving cars, directing people etc. it was a well orchestrated service dept and he appeared to have much to do with it being so. He knew everything. Maybe he is the service manager. He was always courteous and explained things well. Everyone I had contact with was courteous and pleasant.

Michael Taylor in service is great to work with. He is very thorough in explaining what is needed and even took care of something the other store said wasn’t under warranty.

Got our 2022 RX350 (atomic silver) from the Stevens Creek dealership in December, absolutely love the car very much with the last version of V6! The service provided by the dealership is incredible. Andy H is certainly the best sales supervisor (I have ever made) throughout the whole process, very professional in what he could bring to the customers, very friendly, and helpful with all our details/questions. It was not close to where I live, but my wife and I were so glad that we drove down and made the deal thereafter <1 week of car shopping. I was able to quickly be seen, vehicle was evaluated, parts were available, and I scheduled to drop the car off the next morning. The Subaru location is beautiful and easily seen from the interstate, which is the reason why I ended up in Buda with my car. The work was completed that I had approved and I was able to get my car back the same day. A loaner vehicle was brought up, if the vehicle was going to remain for more work, but was not necessary. I was glad to know it was going to be available. Multiple texts and phone calls were made to update me and I loved the ability to approve work through their online system by using my phone. Everything went smoothly and I think most people would enjoy the easy access to what was happening to their vehicle. I will definitely be returning in the future for any work we need.
