Superstition Springs LexusReviews
Superstition Springs Lexus review
this is a new experience, internet car buying. i been browsing for a week or two when a 2025, 812 mils, fair price jeep, grand cherokee was aired at superstition springs lexus. mesa, az scared me, i'm prescott,az.. my contact initially was mayra. she answered key questions. i was determined to see this suv.. before leaving i was contacted by john meyers. he was going to be my sales person. i hoped he knew something about jeeps. my terms were, reasonable trade in for my honda, CRV, jeep had as advertised, and cash difference. john walked me through the jeep details. i was quite pleased with his knowledge from front to back, he knew jeeps. after a test dr. the wheels went into motion. a women, i believe was called heather made sure i had coffee, water, and snacks. the sales process was in motion, john was busy, alerting every office involved in my purchase. i was out and on the road after several hrs. it was a good experience. i like my jeep!

Worked with Tony who was amazing. Very on top of everything and constantly updating me. Never felt overly pressured. Picked a car as a bit of a fishing expedition and he made things come true and provided the perfect Valentine's gift.

It was a good experience. Severely low offer for our trade in but that’s ok. The staff was friendly and communication was great prior to us coming into the dealership. Once we decided to buy the vehicle the paper work took the most part of the day, seriously, our mortgage and when we bought a new camper seemed quick by comparison. Other than not we would recommend them.

Love how easy the process was and even more so that it wasn’t high pressure. Every person I had interactions with during the process was super kind and patient (I’m recovering from spine surgery, a little foggy occasionally) I super appreciated being able to work with Bella on my purchase/paperwork. She’s very kind and personable. Many thanks

CarMax HendersonReviews
CarMax Henderson review
I’m officially a CarMax fan for life! If I could give this team more than 5 stars, I would. My entire experience—from the high-energy sale to the incredible post-purchase service—has been top-tier. The Buying Experience: I came in looking for a specific Tesla Model Y that was still being processed as a trade-in. Despite the logistical hurdles, Mark worked tirelessly to make the car available for me to buy that same day. He then handed us off to Briana M., and the rest was history! A huge shoutout to the Business Operations Manager, Cherisse O., for her expertise in clearing the paperwork and title issues so I could drive home in the car I wanted. The Trade-In: CarMax made trading in my Jeep Laredo X incredibly easy. While Friendly Ford in Las Vegas tried to lowball me at $25,500, CarMax offered a fair $31,800. They are honest and easily the best to work with. The Service (The True Test): The real 5-star service happened after the sale. My 2025 Tesla Model Y had a minor error, and Vanessa Blaschick in the service department was a total rockstar. She walked me through the entire process, kept me updated constantly, and coordinated a transfer to Tesla to ensure it was repaired correctly and for free. I had my car back within 48 hours! High praises to the management team at this location for hiring such professional, dedicated people like Mark, Briana, Cherisse, and Vanessa. They’ve earned a customer for life!

Pohanka LexusReviews
Pohanka Lexus review
I live in Indiana and was searching for a Lexus LC500 on Cars.com. I couldn't believe I found the year, the color and the interior I wanted at Pohanka Lexus in Virginia. They responded the same day and after I called back, I was put in touch with Maren Reynolds. Maren is incredible! She's super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, listened to my concerns and kept in constant contact with calls, texts and videos. My car was delivered right to my house in perfect condition! I highly recommend Pohanka Lexus and Maren!
