The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

I am 80 years old and just finished up on a 36 month lease. It has 39k miles on it. I have had it professionally detailed twice since I owned it. The interior is saddle and the outside is black. Super Clean

The fit and finish is top of the line. The quality of the engine, engineering and construction will make this vehicle last for many years with only basic maintenance. A smart choice if you want quality, a smooth ride, reliability, safety, and not an annoying unsafe money pit that will bleed you dry.

Forest, our sales representative was an amazing man. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also very friendly and went out if his way to make sure we knew all about the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. He went with us so I could test drive the car and explained all the features and how to work them . Forest even took me around the dealership and introduced me to various employees, showed me where the service and parts departments were and, once again introduced me to the people in those departments. He also showed me where the customer lounge and vending area was along with the free coffee area. Forest introduced me to the finance person who would be serving me. I love driving this car. It is so comfortable & smooth, easy to drive, and very dependable. The AWD and safety features were a must for this purchase. I had a 2010 RX for 11 years and hated to part with it. Not fond of the aggressive looking grill but otherwise a gorgeous car. Big fan of Lexus cars and service.

Initial contact and purchasing were good but when to go pick up the car, salesman trying to pressure to buy additional warranty, and it took over an hour to receive the car.

Love this SUV It just keeps getting better every year. I believe this is my 5th RX 350 that I have leased. Great ride, beautiful interior. No issues, usually just bring it it in for it’s scheduled maintenance. The car derive like a dream.
