New and used 2025 Lexus RX 350h for sale near Waller, TX

My wife has a 2020 Lexus RX450h and it has been a reliable transportation for the past 4 years. We saw the 2025 Lexus RX350h and we decided to get it too. Everything would have been perfect except for the 3 circular blemish on the paint on the left side of the hood as you face the car. We brought it back to the dealership but even their expert detailer could not fix the problem. The dealership did not offer any other solution. I just decided to bite the bullet on this one.

Service was a little slow but expected on a Saturday morning. Bonnie made the wait worth coming back excellent customer service!

I knew I wanted a Lexus 350H because my neighbor has had 2 used ones and raved about them. I was a little surprised at the price but after I took a test drive I was hooked. The interior is extremely comfortable with many technical choices for comfort and entertainment. I told my husband this car does everything but fly! I got the new color - copper crest - and I love it! I've been driving it in "eco" mode and I've been getting over 37 mpg. It does take premium gas but the mileage makes up for it.

I has my NX250 serviced today. My advisor was Jose. Prior to having my car serviced he explained everything to me and stated that it would take approximately an hour and a half. I also had a question about my audio system and he was able to answer it right away. My car was returned to me faster than Jose had started washed and ready to go. Jose was fantastic and I would highly recommend this dealership for all your needs.

I took my 2025 ES 350 in for the second Lexus Care service and it was well worth it. In the midst of tire rotation oil change and thoroughly checking out the vehicle the technician discovered a 'mouse house' in the blower motor! This was quickly remedied while I had a pleasant conversation with Tori from whom we'd bought the car the previous year. At a minimal cost they removed the blower motor and cleaned it out and I was soon on my way home. Every experience I've had with Metro has been positive and professional.

Smoothest and most professional car buying experience I have had over the years. The dealership was transparent as to the pros and cons of the vehicles I was interested in. The sales person made it clear she was not paid on commission and so I knew her input was not motivated to sell me a higher priced vehicle for her self interest. The sales person was a true professional from the very beginning.

I have purchased dozens of cars in my lifetime. I have never had such an ejoyable experience as i had with the team at Motorworld Lexus today. First off we showed up kind of late to test drive the car we purchased. Every person we dealt with from Sales, Management and Finance was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable about their part in making sure they would have a satisfied customer. Our sales person, sales manager and finance manager wound up staying with us 2 hrs past closing to make sure we had a deal that done to our complete satisfaction. A few weeks ago my son and I bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonata at CarMax of Southlake on Mt. Zion Road in Stockbridge GA. Our sales agent was an older gentleman named Jim Lowe. What a nice guy. Low key. Not pushy. So very patient. He was very knowledgeable about the various cars my son wanted to look at and understood what features he needed on the car. He never rushed us to get on to the next customer and was always willing to answer all our questions. (And he even knew the answers and didn’t have to go ask someone.) These are attributes that you don’t always find with used car salesmen. But Jim was different. CarMax is different. Such a large selection of cars that we found and with low or mid or high mileage. The financial process was painless as well. We went outside to go get his car and found it all washed and cleaned inside. It even had a full tank of gas and a HUGE yellow bow across the hood. Such a nice way to send off the customer. I highly recommend CarMax for your next car buying experience. Also, ask for Jim.

Purchasing my car was a very pleasant experience. The sales staff was helpful and patient. The transaction was low pressure and all my questions were answered in detail. The only negative was the EV battery was not charged at my first visit and I had to return for a proper test drive.
