These guys are the best. I worked with Product Specialist Tom Berra, Sales Manger Kevin Stine, and Finance Manager Chris Shelton, and they were all an A+ for responsiveness, professionalism, and transparency. The car was shipped out of state and there were delivery issues unrelated to the dealership, but Tom and Kevin bent over backwards to see it through. Highly recommended!

Mark Jacobson Toyota review
I like the shuttle service. All the drivers are very nice and the ability to get dropped off and picked back up instead of waiting on your vehicle in the waiting room is very nice. The guy that checked me in was very polite. I don't care for the work that was completed. There was a video of my vehicle, but it didn't show what was done. I do believe that they checked out my air filter because the wire clips were not clipped back on. Hopefully they did the work, but I have no idea. If they try to get you to buy tires it may be worth going to an actual tire shop for a second opinion.

Mike at Stevenson Lexus went the extra mile to make my car buying experience great. After an unfortunate experience at another dealership I had the best experience at Stevenson Lexus with Mike. They made me a great and fair offer for my trade, the financing was a breeze with a great rate, and I felt like everything went smoothly. Mike even went the extra mile showing me the features, setting up the Lexus app and overall made it easy. Thank you Mike and Stevenson Lexus

I brought my car in for a battery check and swap out if required. I had an appointment time and my car was received promptly. Work was done and completed as expected. The Service Advisor ( Stanley ) was incredible! He kept me updated and was extremely customer focused as well as attentive to the repairs being performed. It was one of the best experiences I have had at the dealership. My assessment is that Stanley has a bright future. He has only been a service advisor for a short time but his interactions were far beyond his timeline in the job. Very impressive!!

Hendrick Lexus Kansas CityReviews
Hendrick Lexus Kansas City review
I had an excellent experience purchasing my vehicle at Hendrick Lexus Kansas City. Doug Caston was absolutely amazing to work with throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, personable, and never once made me feel pressured. He made the entire experience easy and stress-free, and was able to get the deal put together very quickly. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about making the customer experience a great one. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase or the service I received. I highly recommend Doug and the team at Hendrick Lexus! Oh I can’t forget - I was also assisted through the process with Natalie and she was also a joy to work with! Thanks!

Had my car towed in for an electrical issue and dead battery. It was brought right in and given a preliminary assessment. It was in need of a ECM and a new battery. Was given a loaner car and the replacement was completed in 3 days. Dan our service advisor was as professional as I have ever met, kept us informed daily of the situation and is a true asset to your service department!!👍🏻

Volvo Cars Silver SpringReviews
Volvo Cars Silver Spring review
I’m in the process of ordering a volvo fleet vehicle. I stopped by the silver spring MD Volvo on two different occasions and each time I was greeted by Patel. He took the time to review the key features, pros and highlights of every vehicle on my list. I would highly recommend working with Patel if you are in the market for a Volvo. He was honest, genuine and willing to help even when he knew I wasn’t in the market to purchase a new vehicle. Thank you Patel!

Mercedes-Benz of Calabasas review
Mona (Sales) was very helpful, friendly, informative and answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. David (Manager) helped to fill in the gaps and provide me with better photos than were online?so appreciated. Wael (Finance) topped off the purchase by explaining all of the finance (yawn) info in a much less boring way! All in all?I was very hesitant to purchase online and then go pick up the car that I wanted. This team made my car purchase a very pleasant experience. Thank you!
2024 Lexus RX 450h+ review
In October, 2023, I bought the 2024 RX450h+ (PHEV) Copper Crest exterior and Semi-Aniline Peppercorn Leather interior, & loaded with every option, except trailer hitch, from Longo Lexus (El Monte, CA). It has been a superb Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle -- powerful, economical, of good utility, very comfortable, and a real pleasure to drive. And yes, the Copper Crest COLOR (AKA "Sonic Copper") gets compliments every few days. Only 15,000 miles on it as of 9/15/25 and will never willingly part with it. It's an Albuquerque, New Mexico vehicle in dry air, gets regular maintenance, and has zero issues.
