I love everything about this car. It handles great. The layout of the dash is perfect. The gas mileage is outstanding. The hatch back is great for golf clubs, hiking gear and biking gear. There is plenty of room for anything.

Same day service for belts and spark plugs. In and out the door fast. I even went to the wrong branch and was still served! Wonderfully efficient.

Great luxury SUV especially for city and short trip. ONLY ONE (1) major complaint involves Lexus GPS system being the clumsiest of any vehicle I have driven or owned. The ONE complaint. Have owned 3 Lexus' SUV's and optimistically waited for Lexus to rectify AND introduce a gps system equal to all of the other technology pluses of Lexus....but ALAS. N O T! From the moment you walk inside, you are treated likely royalty. You can tell they put Customer satisfaction at the top of mind, keeping up with high expectations of Lexus Customers. I was treated fairly, and respectfully from the start to the end of our transaction. I went back a few days later for window tinting, and was treated the same at the Service department. I have owned 3 RX Hybrids. Comfortable, quiet and solid performance. I am always amazed at how long the regenerative brakes last - the first two lasted over 120K miles and probably went longer but I traded in these cars ~120 mile mark for a new RX. The only issue I have had was with my last RX - the suspension started scrunching after 40K. The regional Lexus rep was of ZERO help - basic response to my concern was "is there any detrimental impact to the car's driving? If not, it is your problem". The dealership (Lexus of Bellevue) stood behind the car and replaced the entire suspension for minimal cost. My new Lexus RX450h has just crossed over the 40K mile mark and all is going well. I highly recommend the car and the dealership.

Everything was perfect. I had to wait a while but everything was perfect. I have purchased many cars from you and everyone is always kind and friendly.

A lot of improvements with the ride. It rides a lot smoother as what a luxury SUV should be. Touchscreen is now available which is better than using the laptop type touchpad. Better standard safety features like lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, blind spot warning, rear collision alert, rear emergency braking, etc. Good value for the money.

Called and left a deposit on a Tesla, They held the car for me. Came in a few days later and they got me approved for financing. Very friendly environment. Will definitely be coming back to buy another car from them when I'm ready to upgrade again. 10/10!!

I used to owna 2010 Lexus RX 350 and i recently a 2015 Lexus RX 450h with 134k miles on it and so far I LOVE IT !!!! what i like about the Lexus Hybrid is of course the fuel econ, leather seats, and its very comfortable. Im not a big tech guy and it was pretty easy to learn all of the tech features of the vehicle. My payment is a little more then the honda crv i owned but the fuel savings will make up for it and more ( it was no brainer to buy ). If you want a vehicle that will last a long time and wont get tired of it in a year, go ahead and take the plunge you wont regret it !!!

Great showroom. Friendly, no pushy sales feeling. Ken, the service manager, took good care of me because a sales person wasn't available. Then Seth, who was there on his day off, did a great job at assessing the situation and asked if I'd like him to help me. Probably the easiest sale of his career, but hey! He was great. I wanted quick in / out service and I got it. I really got what I wanted and more! FANTASTIC service program. Really sealed the deal.

Smooth ride, incredible sound system. Comfortable seats with both heat and cooling. Will be great in summertime. The Enform system is cumbersome. The way around it is just using voice commands.

Probably the best Land Rover/Jaguar dealership i hsve ever been to. Personally its all about the staff and particularly Agnes Landowski. She listens. She is attentive and she gets things done! I don't think i will ever buy a car from anywhere else.
