Love this SUV! It's futuristic exterior design caught my attention! Purchased brand new currently has 78,000. PROS: Extremely reliable and comfortable, quick, well-built, faux leather seats (much easier to take care of than leather), Sleek and sporty design, modern - NO wood interior! In 2015 Lexus accomplished what no other car maker ever did - All of their cars received the highest reliability rating! Had many cars and the NX is by far is the best! CONS: Touchy & frustrating mouse pad - jumps all over the place, display screen too small, requires premium gas, old and out of place analog clock.

10/10 Peter and Alan made my purchase a smooth purchase even with me being out of the state doing everything remotely. Pictures and videos were sent of the vehicle to me. When it arrived in person the condition of the car matched exactly what they showed me on the phone. All in all a great experience and would highly recommend.

I had a car shipped from Michigan to PA for $250. Which I think is cheap. After buying the car I found one a few days later I liked better. They took the car back no questions asked. No high pressure sales. And their Internet rep Tom was great. Kept me advised every step of the way. Their extended warranty is in house and legit as opposed to third party warranty providers. Was a great buying experience!

Great experience!!! Purchased 2010 VW Jetta Wolfsburg manual for our daughter on March 16th, 2024; review done May 15th, 2024. Good price with warranty. We have been looking for the right manual car for 3 years. Car was in great condition except for a minor issue with the shifter being loose. We knew it needed to be replaced. We purchased the car anyway and ordered/replaced with an OEM shifter kit and it drives like new. We worked with Mo a lot and Arslan at closing. My wife called Mo 8 weeks after purchase to let them know that our daughter loves the car and about the shifter. We appreciate everything that they have done for us. Such great service and a passion for their customers. The way Mo selects cars to enter the dealership show the depth of his knowledge and love for cars. Our mechanic was very impressed with the overall quality of this 2010 Jetta. This a family owned business we had a very positive and memorable experience with. I have a 2010 M35x with almost 170,000 miles. It still looks and drives like it has 50,000 miles. Engine is amazing. Has a ton of tech features. Just a great car.

Had a great buying experience with them. Purchased a used Navigator from out of state, flew in to check it out and was greeted at O’Hare by a wonderful gentleman that took me back to the dealership, it was a great ride back being picked up and already being texted about the details upon landing. The used Navigator was waiting for me inside and had be perfectly detailed and was ready for a test drive, the moment I got to the dealership. Salesman Tim was awesome to deal with throughout our entire buying process from answering all questions and doing a video call walk through on the vehicle before commenting to buy it. The Navigator was as described, they worked with us to hold it while waiting to get everything arraigned to make the trip to buy it. They even had all the numbers for financing and extended warranty done prior, so it was a simple deal of signing the documents and then proceeding on a 6.5 hour drive home in a wonderful Navigator, even in Chicago traffic. Highly recommend using this dealership and will possibly be back for future purchase as everyone was extremely nice and pleasant to work with.

This is my second Miata (first was a 1990), and I love it so much! Retractable hardtop roof is SO convenient!! Love the manual 6 speed for all the pep, and gas mileage is exceptional. I would consider a new one if the traditional, bright red paint and retractable hard top were both available. Since they're not, I'll stick with what I've got and enjoy it many more years!

I cannot say enough of my experience with Chicago Cars. I had been looking for a LWB Range Rover and they had exactly what I was looking for! Within minutes, they secured the vehicle for me and worked out a decent trade. A few days later, the car was delivered right to my home in Minneapolis and my trade was picked up. The car, looking oh so good on the outside of it, is all that it seems. It's clean, comfy, and really reliable. It has good mileage, good looks, is comfy, and is good overall. The one I have has a modified screen that looks like it was a part of the original car. However, the only complaint I have is that it's really loud. If you want a quieter car, I suggest getting new mufflers. If you're fine with it, it's good otherwise!

I had a 2007 Volvo S40T a few years back and was amazed by it, simple to work on, reliable as all xxxx, quick and a gas saver, so I recently decided to get another S40, this time I got a 2005 S40 I, yes that same diehard 5 cylinder motor, but without the turbo, and let me tell you, it's crazy fast, saves gas and is fun to drive, Love my Volvo.

Excellent customer service from a very helpful staff. No pushy tactics, but let the options be considered. The salesman took care of the rest after I made my decision. Once again, I was extremely impressed.

The big Audis have always been wonderful used car bargains, the S8 is spectacular in this regard. They will go 200K miles easily IME without major issues (and still look new inside). At $80K+ new, used ones can be found for $15-20K that drive/look like new. Large car that drives small (tight, taunt suspension; low CG). Wonderful engine sounds at 7000 rpm. A true sleeper in performance. So rare (300 2003's sold in America?) that few people understand what it is. My fifth used Audi--would never buy a new one--too expensive.

I love the fact that Jaguar's still have a bad rap on reliability. That assures me that I can get a used one for a great price. As for the reliability... I've owned four of them now. My original Jag's an 82' and 89' although great to drive, WERE maintenance nightmares. My 2005 XK8 and now my 2014 XK are as solid as can be. I drove my 2005 until it reached 203,000 miles and only turned it in when it was totaled in an accident. My 2014 is one of the greatest touring cars in the world... PERIOD. I've owned Mercedes' (coupe), BMW's (735), Porches (911), Corvette's, etc. and NONE of them provides the driving pleasure of my Jag's AND ever since Ford took over and now Tata Motors, the reliability of my Jag's are rock solid. So keep that old reliability rap going. It will only allow me to once again get my next Jag at a reasonable price.

I have a Honda civic and a Honda CRV along with my 2002 Honda S2000. And I have to say with 158k miles on my S2000, it is the most reliable out of all 3 of my cars. All I do is regular maintenance, change oil, tires, battery..I drive it hard sometimes because this unique racecar for the streets requires it. 9,000 RPM's in this car is like 6,000 RPM's in my civic and 5,000 RPM's in my CRV and I should note that all 3 of my cars have a manual transmission. I don't know quite what Honda did with the S2000 but the engine in it, the F20C is extremely reliable, and I use to have a 94 RX7 and loved it but it was the opposite of my S2000 when it came to reliability but the drivability was about the same so if there was a car I would describe as close to the Honda it would be the 90's RX7..
